I’m a 45 year old mom who just recently started the process of kicking a 20 plus year cigarette habit, found out that I’m diabetic and have high cholesterol. So in addition to quitting smoking I am drastically changing my eating habits which weren’t totally awful but were certainly not great. I have started walking 2 miles every other day and doing ex cerise’s the other days. This workout was easy for me to follow, I could feel where it was targeted toward. Thank you!

Yes! More resistance band workouts! It’s so wild because I have a specific routine for my week, and it seems every morning when I wake up you have a new video targeting exactly the area I was planning to work out! I love it. Needing to build more strength in my upper body, but still have yet to buy dumbbells so this was super helpful!! 🙏🏼✨❤️
Honestly, unless you're doing super heavy weight dumbbell workouts, a band is going to be a better workout because of the progressive nature of the resistance. As your muscles contract, they become stronger, and as your muscles become stronger the resistance of the band increases. Seriously. Just buy more bands. Wrap them around twice. Add bands together as you get stronger. Even power lifters use bands attached to the base of their power racks to take advantage of the progressive resistance they afford. Bands are easy to travel with. They take up almost no space. And perhaps best of all, they don't need gravity to work! Sorry. Long winded for sure. But you really don't need dumbells for anything under 75lbs! Keep it up!
@@jpmc271 yes! I gave up on dumbells a long time ago because they're expensive to keep up with (for me, at least) and don't travel well. I now keep bands and a jumprope in my gym bag. They're much easier to throw into my trunk and carry back upstairs to my apartment 😄

I LOVE this workout! Currently, I am recovering from knee reconstruction surgery (torn ACL and meniscus). So this workout really helps me to continue to work on my fitness and helps to build the upper body strength I need to use the crutches. Thank you!

I just got a long resistance band so I'm struggling a bit to know what to actually do with it, so more resistance band workouts would be great! Maybe more focused ones like a chest one or shoulders etc!

As a beginner to proper fitness, I find videos like these very very helpful and would love to see more. I've went from 450lbs to 356lbs to far in about 4 months, doing 2800kcal max CICO and 30 minute walk a day, but I know I need to work on muscle so I got some bands and after much procrastination and research I've discovered this simple workout to get started! Really helps to have such an attractive woman doing the videos I know it's cliche but it really helps me focus on the endgoal if I get down. *cries in alone*
I love the resistance bands workouts you’ve done. In use them as challenge , after an upper body workout , the bands really boost my results and my arms, back are really sculpted. I did the warmup, a booty workout, this one, and now cool down.. its the perfect way to make my workouts in about an hour..but I end up completely drenched 💦 an wake up sore.. Love them! And I forgot to tell u ealier I do pushup(not able to do floor pushup so I do wall pushup) as a warmup or as a excerise before this workout.i did this workout with sets not with timer.

My arms are burning! I even had to lighten some of the exercises by holding on to 1 "side" of the band only instead of folding it and doubling the resistance like in the video. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Thanks for this video!

If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

Very helpful; thanks. I like the way you paused a second at the top of the exercise. I counted the number of reps you did for each exercise, usually about 10, maybe 12. That might be another way to do it, just count the reps. In any case, the exercises were very easy and straightforward to execute, so thanks again for that.

Rest your leg on a ledge which is a height just above ur waist then take it off and try and keep the same position it helps with balance

Great workout for a beginner wanting to keep going. More resistance band workouts. The pace is good and the music is nice. I find counting helps me pace, but having the clock helps.
hi, I give this kind of exercises to elderly people. Little tip : watch your wrists, keep them flat, not bent. In time this will strengthen them :-)

Very helpful; thanks. I like the way you paused a second at the top of the exercise. I counted the number of reps you did for each exercise, usually about 10, maybe 12. That might be another way to do it, just count the reps. In any case, the exercises were very easy and straightforward to execute, so thanks again for that.
