    Hi Rebecca i absolutely love your workouts and how you talk us through them can we please have no background music as well it bothers me it's very hard to find no music verisons except for getfitbyviyana and she hasn't had any different body parts in forever 💔🥺

    After 12 from 14 days challenge i add this one, i'm so proud my arm muscles showes better than before, i just need to hold on your exercises for my bingowings, its still there but lesser than before! Thank you rebecca for being here each day 💛

    Oh my gosh how I have missed having you as a virtual trainer, Rebecca! I gave up on working out 3years ago and decided to get back to it. Have tried a few online videos but decided they weren't for me. Then I remembered how good your videos were and looked you up again. And as expected, Im not disappointed. I love how you did this video that suits even a beginner level person or someone who is just getting back to working out, like me. Keep doing what you do and reel in more people like me - we need to shape up but cant manage all the hard stuff yet. Thanks again Rebecca.
