Oh my gosh how I have missed having you as a virtual trainer, Rebecca! I gave up on working out 3years ago and decided to get back to it. Have tried a few online videos but decided they weren't for me. Then I remembered how good your videos were and looked you up again. And as expected, Im not disappointed. I love how you did this video that suits even a beginner level person or someone who is just getting back to working out, like me. Keep doing what you do and reel in more people like me - we need to shape up but cant manage all the hard stuff yet. Thanks again Rebecca.
