I have been doing your workouts for years, but this is the first time I felt the need to actually comment. I have never done a Pilates style at home. I’ve always done your weighted ones with the heaviest dumbbells I could handle (which I have truly enjoyed as well). I love this workout so much more than those, not only was it just as challenging, but I felt more powerful and feminine at the end of it as funny as that sounds. Just never would have expected that from an at home Pilates work out. I hope you make more videos like this. I loved it! I’m afraid if people don’t tell you you wont make more like these. Thank you!

this was just what i needed to transition from only doing yoga lately to getting back into workouts. it was just the right amount of challenge, actually quite tough in some parts! those little weights can work u hard! i loved it!

This was a great workout for the end of the week. I started my workout with this 20 minutes and then added onto it with a 10 minute ab routine and another 20 minute booty routine. It was perfect.
Great workout; would enjoy doing more like this! Since pilates is new for me, I'm not always sure how to coordinate breathing with the movements. I found it helpful when you indicated when to exhale and would appreciate more such instruction for proper breathing in future pilates workouts.
This was amazing! So badass that you did it twice in a row! I had no 2 lb weights, my lowest weights is 5 lb! It was such a good challenge doing it with 5 lb weights! Thank you! Pleaseeeeeee do more video like this!

I looove this workout video ! I keep coming back to it... It's short, it's low impact (can't make noise by jumping or running), but... My god it brings me to sweat 💦 😅 each time I'm sweating and feeling the burn. So i love it ! Depending on the day i may do it after a more intense hiit style or weight training vid, or i might do it before a long calm yoga class. Absolutely love it ! (Did it 5 times in 12 days lol)
Tried this workout for the first time yesterday. I admit I had to make a lot of modifications and I needed some mini breaks in-between but I kept at it. Definitely a keeper.

Do u use 1kg dumbell? 1kg is fine..but not the 2.5kg or 3kg weight dumbell 😂 i use a 3kg for other workout by fitbymik...dying...😩
