    This one felt like one was lifting 10 lbs. I don’t know how you did this one twice. It was a definite challenge for one time. I would love to see more similar to this one as it is very intense, focused and rewarding.

      Do u use 1kg dumbell? 1kg is fine..but not the 2.5kg or 3kg weight dumbell 😂 i use a 3kg for other workout by fitbymik...dying...😩

    Would love to see more like this one. I’m 55 and have been dealing with health issues (hysterectomy, cervical spinal stenosis). Gained weight because I’ve been in so much pain. Able to move again, but need low impact. Thank you so much for this workout!

      After my surgery I worked out to Fabulous 50’s and Growwithjo on UA-cam. When I was ready to pick up the weights MadFit, Kirra Mitlo and Cheryl Coloumbe were up next. I pray you have a smooth recovery and heal. ❤

    This one was a killer for me! I love low impact workouts because I feel like I can focus more on every single movement and I actually feel like they’re more efficient for me. I’d like to see more of these. Thank you ❤️

    Brilliant workout, I'm 58 and have just started doing workouts with weights as my daughter's been nagging me to start (needs must as you get older 🙂) and I find your workouts just perfect, 20 minutes is ideal so I don't get bored. Not sure how I found you but so glad I did. Thanks Maddie!

    I really like this style - I prefer tone VS bulking up, so workouts using lighter weights really motivate me. Thank you for your persistence in creating fun and motivating workouts, not to mention doing this workout twice ... you're inspiring Maddie. Merci!

    I have been doing your workouts for years, but this is the first time I felt the need to actually comment. I have never done a Pilates style at home. I’ve always done your weighted ones with the heaviest dumbbells I could handle (which I have truly enjoyed as well). I love this workout so much more than those, not only was it just as challenging, but I felt more powerful and feminine at the end of it as funny as that sounds. Just never would have expected that from an at home Pilates work out. I hope you make more videos like this. I loved it! I’m afraid if people don’t tell you you wont make more like these. Thank you!

    this was just what i needed to transition from only doing yoga lately to getting back into workouts. it was just the right amount of challenge, actually quite tough in some parts! those little weights can work u hard! i loved it!

    Loved this workout Maddie! Wasn't expecting the added benefit of increasing my heart rate!!! Anybody else breathing hard? Really appreciate the pace and control of movement. Technique is so important, especially as we age!

    Love this class! Felt like a reformer Pilates workout and my legs were trembling by the end 😅 Would love to see more like these please Maddie, as sometimes I don’t want heavy cardio sweat- sesh and this was just a perfect way to end the week!

    I love your pilates workouts, please, do more! I force myself to do so some cardio with some of your videos but really love and enjoy the day I decide to do your pilates/yoga exercises. I feel more in control of the movement and feel the muscle working.

    This was a great workout for the end of the week. I started my workout with this 20 minutes and then added onto it with a 10 minute ab routine and another 20 minute booty routine. It was perfect.

    Great workout; would enjoy doing more like this! Since pilates is new for me, I'm not always sure how to coordinate breathing with the movements. I found it helpful when you indicated when to exhale and would appreciate more such instruction for proper breathing in future pilates workouts.

    I looove this workout video ! I keep coming back to it... It's short, it's low impact (can't make noise by jumping or running), but... My god it brings me to sweat 💦 😅 each time I'm sweating and feeling the burn. So i love it ! Depending on the day i may do it after a more intense hiit style or weight training vid, or i might do it before a long calm yoga class. Absolutely love it ! (Did it 5 times in 12 days lol)
