I really really appreciate the slow tempo workouts. I love the movements but I really struggle with the anxiety inducing music, yelling and speed of most fitness videos and classes. This is so soothing and I end up feeling deeply nourished with the practice. Thank you so much and yes to more slow videos ♡
I don’t really comment much unless I feel it’s absolutely necessary. I throughly enjoyed this workout! There are so many workouts that are all about GO GO GO, and instead this one prioritized quality over quantity. We took the time to focus on proper posture & form to get the best out of muscle gain. I felt the burn without the exhaustion, and could have gone longer! Super efficient execution, thanks Maddy!❤️🔥

I know this is a no equipment workout but 5:00-13:45 works perfectly with a resistance band above the knees! Loved this workout! It’s exactly the intentional low impact strength routine I was looking for for the summer! Thanks Maddie!!

I loved this one so much I tried and tried to finish it, when I started I could only do 6 to 8 minutes. After two weeks like that I could finally do the whole thing I lost a couple of kilos. I do them in combination with dance work outs (balanced diet and 8 hours of sleep too) I feel stronger! the way I could do the push-ups today almost had me in tears. So happy to see progress!
This is one of my favourite workouts to do on my lunch break. Just the right length, sweat is minimal but it definitely warms up the body and I feel the exercises. Bonus is that it keeps me low to the ground so I can do it in my living room with open curtains and not worry about passerby neighbours seeing me! 😆 Thank you!
i did your 15 min slow & on the floor workout earlier today. a few days ago i pushed myself too hard when lifting, so this week i'm focusing on mobility and slower paced workouts. can't wait to try this tomorrow!

This was great i always love your workouts, and even though my muscles are burning by the end, i'm always surprised that the workout ended. Some moves were too difficult for me but i replaced them with tow taps and push ups. Thanks Maddie 💙💙

This let me relax, stretch, and make each move count; it manages to calm you while getting a full contraction of those muscles. I tried to keep the pelvic floor engaged when I could. Please please, more of these, thanks!

LOVE this workout. i’ve been feeling sluggish all week. it had the perfect amount of movement & difficulty - don’t get me wrong it was still hard but it made me feel better!
This was so achievable that it annoyed me when it was too intense to keep up, I'm still trying to get better in my arms strength. Either way, thank you for this!!! I really needed a slow strength workout that helps me built it up.
