    So, I'm 63 and when I do your workouts, I feel well cared for as you as briefly as possible tell how or what to do; I feel like I'm not going to strain or hurt myself. Thank you so much. You also have a gentle demeanor and it calms me! Thanks alot!

      I’m 68 and also love the more gentle workouts, they keep me more flexible. I’ve been doing since the beginning of lockdown.

      I have always appreciated Mattie’s calmness too. She isn’t super high energy and yelling, “Push it! Let’s go!” 😄 My mind feels so quiet and relaxed when I do these workouts.

    I feel amazing Maddie. You have no idea how this has helped me to get out of a deep depression. Moving my body has put me in a better mood. With prayer, eating healthier and movement 🙏🏽
    Thank you thank you so much for your consistency. I feel stronger than ever before. At first it was difficult until I was able to train my mind and my body.

    This was my first workout using dumbbells (just got 1kg = 2.2 lbs ones), and it was incredible. I can't afford going to the gym just yet, so these are very helpful. Thank you!

    Love your workouts. I’m 67 and have enjoyed so much both the free weight and floor routines. I just became grandma for the first time and you realize very quickly, if you want the upper body strength to hold and carry the wee one as well as the strength to run with them in the years to come, you have to be strong:) Thank you so much!

    I love it when you make the light weight workouts! I don't have the heavy weights at home, so I always feel better about doing the workouts with proper weights haha

    I loved this one. One of my favorites! Simple moves, but can make it easier or harder depending on weight. Had me sweating with 2x 5 lbs!

    Thank you so much for all your workouts! I’ve been watching for a few months now - wanted to drop a comment to express my gratitude and share some feedback! I’ve been a cardio maniac most my life so always been thin but never toned and sculpted. As I’ve gotten a bit older and had a child, I was more drawn to these types of workouts as time was precious and I had had enough of running! When I started 10 mins felt hard and now I somewhat easily do 30 minutes with weights. My body is changing so much! I am so much stronger and feel so much fitter. Finally my “mum belly” is shrinking. And I enjoy working out again!
    I love the no repeat workouts and those that incorporate weights!

    Wow. I could not a decision as I missed walking early and it is hot and humid. You somehow manage to know what we want ahead of us. This was absolutely perfect and love the sculpting emphasis. Thanks Maddie.

    The music you choose is so soothing I love it!
    I switched between 5 and 8lb dumbbells to make certain things I little more of a challenge. This was the perfect workout for me in the midst of feeling a bit unmotivated to get moving this week.

    Thank you Maddie for the awesome workouts! I found your channel in February and been a faithful workout partner since. I've yet to get bored. I love the variety. Even on days when I'm lacking motivation, I know that once I get started, you will motivate me and I'm always grateful I didn't skip it.     I LOVE your workouts! They are a soft-sale approach to those of us who appreciate a challenge, but listen to our bodies. I love the simultaneous movements!!! I took a four-mo break from exercise, and I look forward to this every day! Love love LOVE very few repeats. These workouts are mentally stimulating too ❤❤❤

    Thank you soo much for these workouts, your comments make all the difference to do the exercise right and get it's full effect preventing to get hurt from doing it wrong! that's a big one for me! also even your 15 minute workouts are very effective!     This one was great, thank you! I like how this one kept me moving and had some new movements!
    I know you don’t do pregnancy modifications, but this one was great for my 2nd trimester-I only had to change the ab exercises!

    im towards the end of my period and my body felt okay to do some strength training but i didn’t want to lift heavy, so this was perfect! i love this workout so much
