I just became grandma for the first time and you realize very quickly, if you want the upper body strength to hold and carry the wee one as well as the strength to run with them in the years to come, you have to be strong:) Thank you so much!
I love it when you make the light weight workouts! I don't have the heavy weights at home, so I always feel better about doing the workouts with proper weights haha

I’ve been a cardio maniac most my life so always been thin but never toned and sculpted. As I’ve gotten a bit older and had a child, I was more drawn to these types of workouts as time was precious and I had had enough of running! When I started 10 mins felt hard and now I somewhat easily do 30 minutes with weights. My body is changing so much! I am so much stronger and feel so much fitter. Finally my “mum belly” is shrinking. And I enjoy working out again! I love the no repeat workouts and those that incorporate weights!
Wow. I could not a decision as I missed walking early and it is hot and humid. You somehow manage to know what we want ahead of us. This was absolutely perfect and love the sculpting emphasis. Thanks Maddie.

The music you choose is so soothing I love it! I switched between 5 and 8lb dumbbells to make certain things I little more of a challenge. This was the perfect workout for me in the midst of feeling a bit unmotivated to get moving this week. Thanks Maddie!

I LOVE your workouts! They are a soft-sale approach to those of us who appreciate a challenge, but listen to our bodies. I love the simultaneous movements!!! I’m 68 and also love the more gentle workouts, they keep me more flexible. I’ve been doing since the beginning of lockdown.
