yes!! sometimes after HIIT workouts, I feel very unhappy and low, but these pilates workouts make me feel so happy in my own body
Please do more of this workout style. It's low impact, but it's really effective. I can feel the burn throughout the video.
Love love the slow pilate-style moves. I find these kind of workouts way more effective for me as it helps me deep breathe and better manage stress while also getting an amazing workout. Cheers!
Hey maddie, i never usually comment, but i have chronic illness (endometriosis) that's been a real struggle the past few years, and my fatigue makes it really difficult to do the workouts i used to do, even though I really want to exercise to help my body deal with this disease. Tldr these types of 20-30 min slower workouts that are still very effective have meant the world to me and really made a meaningful impact on my life ❤ thanks, and please keep doinb what you're doing!

Of all the fitness channels I've tried, yours works best for me. Before, I always looked at the timer and prayed for each set to be over but with your vids, don't look at the timer, instead I listened to it as focused on your instructions and fixing my form. I didn't even notice that the 30 minutes was over. I felt great!

I love this type of workout! It was challenging but so satisfying. I like the combination of working on balance and control along with strength training with light weights.

After a jumping/dancer workout yesterday, this low impact is a welcome experience. I was a dancer decades ago, and a runner these days, so my old knees are begging for more low impact workouts. Keep 'em coming, Maddie!

Y'know I'm really happy cause my family members started to tell me that my arms get so slim..its a magic..I'm really thankful for you cause I tried from so many ways to get my arms slimmer but nothing's works but, this oh my god so fast results..my arms got smaller like 2 inches from to days you will not believe but that the truth and also my waist got very smaller too it was 28inches before but, now it's 26 inches oh I love the way I look now.. thankyou sooo much for this workout its perfect👌🏻 everyone you guys must try this workout!

I'm not kidding girl this is literally my favorite video of yours yet and I love A LOT of your videos. It was the perfect mixture of low impact with still putting in some real work. And my favorite thing about it was ever single exercise was a picture perfect pretty compound movement. I love moving pretty throughout a work out lol I'm on day 1 of my period and needed movement without feeling sick and this was perfect. Thank you! Will be revisiting once a week lol

Hi, I would LOVE to see a lot more of this style of full body workouts. My left knee is kind of tweaked and sensitive, so Zumba and weight training are on the back burner for now. Pilates workouts are ideal for me for now since they are physical therapy-based, low impact, but still challenging workouts. Thank you❤
