You quite literally have made me into such a fitness girlie that I’m not even sure how to thank u! I go to the gym with more confidence and try new workouts and I literally just did this on my PERIOD!!! Old me wouldn’t have even gotten out of bed, but you make it so easy and accessible and ily and your content! 💕💌
Love love the slow pilate-style moves. I find these kind of workouts way more effective for me as it helps me deep breathe and better manage stress while also getting an amazing workout. Cheers!
Hey maddie, i never usually comment, but i have chronic illness (endometriosis) that's been a real struggle the past few years, and my fatigue makes it really difficult to do the workouts i used to do, even though I really want to exercise to help my body deal with this disease. Tldr these types of 20-30 min slower workouts that are still very effective have meant the world to me and really made a meaningful impact on my life ❤ thanks, and please keep doinb what you're doing!
Same for my I have endo too but i used to never exercise. I tried exercise to lose the weight my hormonal treatment for endo made me gain. I stayed exercising because i found out it reduces my pain occurences by more than half. Same as you I have chronic fatigue from this disease and HIIT or cardio isn't something I can set myself to do 5 times a week every week. Some weeks i will be able to. Some weeks impossible. Being in a low energy period for 2 weeks I've loved doing yoga everyday to maintain some mobility and flexibility and some pleasure from movement. And i looove Maddy's sculpt and tone's for the slow pace yet able to build up a sweat and some painful arms at the end ! So glad to have found her channel in the last three months. I have repeated her shorter 20min sculpt and tone 15 times lol it's a favorite of mine. Had missed this longer one, sure it will become the longer version for when i have more time. Or do both back to back for an extra long session ?... Seems fun !

Of all the fitness channels I've tried, yours works best for me. Before, I always looked at the timer and prayed for each set to be over but with your vids, don't look at the timer, instead I listened to it as focused on your instructions and fixing my form. I didn't even notice that the 30 minutes was over. I felt great!

I just did this for two days! Y'know I'm really happy cause my family members started to tell me that my arms get so slim..its a magic..I'm really thankful for you cause I tried from so many ways to get my arms slimmer but nothing's works but, this oh my god so fast results..my arms got smaller like 2 inches from to days you will not believe but that the truth and also my waist got very smaller too it was 28inches before but, now it's 26 inches oh I love the way I look now.. thankyou sooo much for this workout its perfect👌🏻 everyone you guys must try this workout!
Absolutely love this workout. I prefer slow, in control, lots of muscle work to faster paced sets and this combination with pilates is just excellent. Thank you, you're amazing.

You don't even know how helpful these workouts are - it used to take me forever to work up the motivation to do pilates or go to the gym, but now I just do your workouts every day in my own home. Feeling better and stronger from doing these consistently! Thank you so much 🥰
Hi, I would LOVE to see a lot more of this style of full body workouts. My left knee is kind of tweaked and sensitive, so Zumba and weight training are on the back burner for now. Pilates workouts are ideal for me for now since they are physical therapy-based, low impact, but still challenging workouts. Thank you❤

Those last ab and inner thigh sets were brutal in the best way possible!
