We are too spoiled here in Los Angeles 😆 Even at 66f is freezing cold for me to get out 😂 As much as I love the outdoors, I have done many of this video at home (I hate the gym) I am sure you got many days of one of the most beautiful country in the world! I hope someday I can visit your amazing country 😊
This was definitely the perfect amount of challenge and also it was actually doable and I was able to complete the whole thing! It went fast and it was one of my favorite workouts I have done with madfit.

That was a challenge
I really liked this. I have found myself navigating away from these MadFit workouts because I find the chat and explanation goes on too long and eats into the actual workout. But I might come to this one and next time I’ll know what’s what and can just do the workout rather than wait for a full demonstration while the time is ticking down. Not being negative - I’m just okay with way less chat. Thanks for this one!

I may be here with my measly 3 pound weights but I love the core burn and love how you explain everything it’s like you’re actually speaking to me. After a month of cardio I’m adding in strength training 😊

First time doing this. Loved it! Will add to my strength playlist. I’m building strength so I’m starting with lighter weights. Don’t forget to inform people to add their own warm up and cool down to prevent injury 👍🏾

So these workouts are so great because I'm not causing more inflammation in my body by a slamming hard workout (which I used to do and harm myself more in the long run). This is my second visit here. Still need to practice the lunge with weight above the head. I think the abs one is great as well, especially for my back.
