    This was probably one of my favorite workouts of hers! I (usually) love them all but this one went so quick and the flow and combination of movements was seamless!

    Thank you so much! Your workouts are truly amazing. I appreciate it cuz I'm 58 years old. Excuse me, 59 years old in pretty good shape but yours are good cuz I don't kill my body with it so I can't do anything the next day. Thank you for keeping me mobile and strong.

      We are too spoiled here in Los Angeles 😆 Even at 66f is freezing cold for me to get out 😂 As much as I love the outdoors, I have done many of this video at home (I hate the gym)
      I am sure you got many days of one of the most beautiful country in the world! I hope someday I can visit your amazing country 😊

    This was definitely the perfect amount of challenge and also it was actually doable and I was able to complete the whole thing! It went fast and it was one of my favorite workouts I have done with madfit.

    thank you for the work you do with clear workouts that are easy to follow, I started really working out through these , as someone who dreaded gym class, this been the only training that has been encouraging and not overwhelming, these workouts have made me actually enjoy working out and keeping it up

    I've been doing your workouts for 2 weeks and I actually get excited to workout at home now. I'm a new mom and not able to go to the gym anymore so these have really helped. Especially the dance workouts! ☺

    As someone who never believed I could be into weights and strong enough to even get through 20 minutes I love these workouts this momma is already toning up and stomach is starting to shrink. not to mention how badass I feel getting stronger today was my first day of 8lb dumbbells and man. That was a challenge

    I really liked this. I have found myself navigating away from these MadFit workouts because I find the chat and explanation goes on too long and eats into the actual workout. But I might come to this one and next time I’ll know what’s what and can just do the workout rather than wait for a full demonstration while the time is ticking down. Not being negative - I’m just okay with way less chat. Thanks for this one!

    Thank you for your good videos. If it is possible, it is good to warm up the body and cool down, and stretch when pressing on the back. I am 60 years old

    I may be here with my measly 3 pound weights but I love the core burn and love how you explain everything it’s like you’re actually speaking to me. After a month of cardio I’m adding in strength training 😊

    First time doing this. Loved it! Will add to my strength playlist. I’m building strength so I’m starting with lighter weights. Don’t forget to inform people to add their own warm up and cool down to prevent injury 👍🏾

    Thank u so much for these 20 min workouts. They are so perfect for me. I have 2 autoimmune diseases and struggle with pain. So these workouts are so great because I'm not causing more inflammation in my body by a slamming hard workout (which I used to do and harm myself more in the long run).     This is my second visit here. Still need to practice the lunge with weight above the head. I think the abs one is great as well, especially for my back.
