  • Join me for a 30 minute DUMBBELL STRENGTH x PILATES WORKOUT for a full body routine. Some exercises will be with dumbbells and some without. Today I'll be using two 8 LB weights. I've also included a quick warm up and cool down. Intervals are 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest during the workout. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

    I've been doing Pilates for years, so my vote is YES, bring on more of the same! You blended Pilates in seamlessly. Goodness, you are a gem of an instructor.

    This 60 something young gal appreciates the care you take in crafting your workouts to allow one to rise in ability and speed in a safe manner. I've been doing your cardio and strength/cardio workouts for about 5 months and when I returned to my walk/jogs outdoors in the spring, I felt the difference it made! I was thrilled to find this one combining dumbbell strength and Pilates moves. Thank you!

    I have been doing Ellen Barrett workouts for years, thanks to my friend stumbling upon you, I now have a new favorite! I’m 52 years old and most of the exercises I’ve done throughout my life so just incorporating the weights have given me a good challenge. ❤❤❤

    This was the perfect workout! The weights were challenging but protected my shoulders, the moves were unique (not the same 'ol boring ones), the modifications were perfect, I even got a bit of cardio in, I love that warm up and cooldown are included, and as always, your cheerful yet calm demeanor really makes your videos my favorite!
