lost in vegas review react reaction tom morello
Alex's expression when he first realizes that Rage is as much rap as they are metal... absolutely priceless. It's like a kid seeing Disney World for the first time.
Rage Against The Machine - Bullet in the Head or Know Your Enemy or Wake Up
this,,,
or bombtrack :D
prefer the Testify video.
Olly Hudson I agree
The live version of Bullet in the Head is insane
3:53 That, my friend, is called Tom Morello.
One of the most legendary guitarists to ever walk the face of the Earth.
His solo in Audioslaves, "Like a Stone" is arguably the most prolific guitar solo of all time.
B.S.
King of the wah wah Tom Morello
Our Hero
Any song of their self titled album is fire no joke all great
truly every song on their debut and evil empire is just flawless
All killer, no filler
A CD you didn't have to skip tracks on!!!
Truth
Perhaps the best debut album of a NEW genre of all time ?
Rage Against The Machine - Know Your Enemy, Mic Check, Bullet In Your Head, Bombtrack...
Take the power back
Guerrilla Radio
Pistol grip pump, vietnow, township rebellion, without a face, testify
Fistful of steel
Wake up
The vocalist raps now. The rest of the band did audioslave with chris cornell (soundgarden) and then did prophets of rage with chuck d (public enemy) and b real (cypress hilll)
Zach de la Rocha has a song with Run the Jewels too.
Dont forget that they got back together to tour for a bit after audioslave split, Saw them in New Zealand at the big day out around this time and it was amazing.
I'm an old guy so I know that bulls also is an old term used to refer to Police.
right is a methaphore the bulls are the army and the police who follow the command s of the government " puppets of the system "
And or capitalists..
Yep, a bull was another name for a veteran foot patrolman from back in the day.
Rage are definitely one of the best 'sounding' bands I've seen live.
Just saw them last week at Madison Square Garden!!! ✊🏻🔥
The bass on RATM songs =
Manny Manny underrated gem
They are way too underrated.. Timmy c is soo underrated
Fuckin sexy and underrated
*KNOW YOUR ENEMY*
you have to!! YOU HAVE TO do that one
TRUE
Ratm + James Maynard = perfection
YES PLEASE
Ratm or green day
YES!
This band is one of my ALL TIME favorites.
Welcome to EARTH. How'd you ever miss RAGE?!!
*Wintersun-Sons of winter and stars*
Hell yeah.
This ^
.
14 minutes of pure ownage
Heck, _anything_ from their live rehearsal is pure gold!
DO "KNOW YOUR ENEMY" NEXT!!!!!
This is one of the bands that transitioned me from hip hop to metal.
A shitload of attitude and heavy as hell!
Also first song i ever heard with them.
I don't get this man, help me. hahaha so you mean you grew up without hearing about any Rage songs???
The problem he is a commercial person.. Sheeple if u will
@@masterskater256 RATM was a commercial success too
Most of these reactors are fake
this song came out in what, 96? the kid looks pretty young. it's very possible the song came out before he was even conceived.
Rage against the machine!! YAAAAASSS! Back to my college days bruha!!!
Back to my college days.
There are so many great Rage songs; Know Your Enemy, Take The Power Back, Killing In The Name, Bomb Track, Freedom, Testify, Mic Check...seriously, you would have a great video with any of these songs. RATM is one of the greatest bands of the 90's and one of the greatest ever.
College? Elementary school you mean
yesss
Behemoth - Blow Your Trumpets Gabriel
Dimmu Borgir - Kings of The Carnival Creation
Death - Flesh and The Power it Holds
I agree with this but for Behemoth I would say Ben Sahar (everybody's already done Blow Your Trumpets Gabriel.)
For Dimmu, I'd say Progenies (just because.)
Nolan Void i don't think that Alex have already whatched Blow Your Trumpets Gabriel ;)
@@victorfebres5825 True but every other reactor AND their mother has reacted to it, just trying to get some variety up in here.
Nolan Void it doesn't really matters if the other reactors have already reacted to that song, it's a completly brand new band for Alex so, he should react to it! Besides, Blow Your Trumpets Gabriel has a mellow and catchy rhythm i'm sure he would like it and maybe keep on reacting some Behemoth!
@@victorfebres5825 I just think Ben Sahar is a better track, I'm sure he'd enjoy it. All the other reactors have heard it but he hasn't is the exact kind of mentality that keeps there from being any variety within the reaction community and begins to make the whole process "quite" boring.
There's a whole world of rap metal that's ripe full of gold. People need to start recommending more of that, give Alex a throwback to his roots
Try Guerilla Radio, Sleep Now in the Fire, Killing in the Name, and their cover of The Renegades of Funk. 😄
He did Killing in the Name too!!! Do Bombtrack, People of the Sun, and Bullet In the Head
Killing in the name ... right ? you gotta do it !! let's goooo ! ( rage against the machine lol )
Nah that's their most boring song
Nah that's their best song
@@ricksterdrummer2170 Objectively their most repetitive song both lyrically and instrumentally. They have way better songs in their discography with more dyamics that are better in every way.
Nah they don't have better songs in their discography with more dynamics that are better in any way. (If you haven't noticed I'll keep going like this until you notice you have your ego up your ass, and you need to respect that a lot of people believe it's their best song and you can't do shit about that)
@@ricksterdrummer2170 Never said I didn't respect his opinion on it being the best song. There is no ego in this discussion. However, for someone who is new to the band like Alex is, it's better to listen to songs that have more dyamics then Killing because like I said that song is objectively one of their most repetitive. It would be more enjoyable for the reactor's sake. If you're going to keep up with trolling because you have no argument to provide do it all you want, at that point you're just wasting your time.
Lamb of God "Ghost Walking"
This dude never heard rage?!?! WTF have you been?
Under a rock
is acting for sure, as many of these reaction videos, or maybe live under a rock.
I didn't hear this song until i played guitar hero. Had i never done that it's possible i wouldn't have.
@@zeitok8 Think about it though. If you grow up listening to almost exclusively one genre of music you're not going to hear much else. Before I got heavy into hip hop I had only heard Tupac by name, never even heard a song of his. Because I was a metalhead growing up and I stayed in that lane.
@@cal5750 and especially if you grew up in the pre 2000s era. No music downloads etc if it wasn't on the radio you only heard it through word of mouth.
Dude, watching your face light up when he starts rapping is absolutely hilarious! Love watching you dig the sh*t out of some rock and metal.
Btw you have the best reactions videos in youtube keep up the great work
now help me convince him to react to Igorrr-cheval
Machine Head- Darkness Within
I don't know his age but i can't believe he doesn't know these songs that have been out for ages averywhere
Sideways Rain bruhhh I’m 25 and I’ve known about this song and RATM for as long as I can remember
You just felt your two worlds collide! Glad that you enjoyed it. The first time that I heard Rage, I was like, "yeah, definitely need more of that!".
Can you react to Pantera- A new level
OF CONFIDENCE
Rammstein - Mein Herz Brennt
My favourite rammstein song
Fuck yeah
But the unplugged version.
I knew that Alex was gonna love this because Zack raps. That moment was so fantastic!
This is why I love reaction videos!!!! You watching this gives me chills and brings me back to hearing them for the first time. They are the kings of rap metal and i suggest you look further into them.
Rage against the machine!!
Do know your enemy!!
Gabo 2508 ratm and Maynard together fucking slays.
BRO I BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ONE! So glad you picked Bulls on Parade for your first song and not Killing in the Name.
The live performances are awesome, check some out when you get the chance, man Zach's energy is always a 10
This is great. I hope you went on to check out more of their stuff!
Know your enemy by Rage Against The Machine
Mr. Crowley - Ozzy Osbourne
Just do it
For me they are the greatest rock band I have ever heard. Not too many bands have ever made me head bang like Rage has. The were so way head of their time.
ratm's lyrics are always so true and aggressive, and that's why i admire them
React to killing in the name by rage against the machineeeee!!!!!
You should react to Rage Against The Machine Guerilla Radio
What a band. Amazing. Tom Morello has gotta be one of the sickest most creative guitarist since EVH
I really recommend to you a band called Misfits, and a few songs of them like Dig Up Her Bones, Where the Eagles Dare, Hybrid Moments or Saturday Night.
Nothing Left by As I Lay Dying
With the Sound of Truth to connect the story
Death - The voice of the soul, this needs to happen
Nice cans! What amp are you powering them with?
Rage Against The Machine - Mic Check
Mic Check Ha Ha Ha Ha
React to rage against the machine bomtrack
MACHINE HEAD- HALO (album version)
Clay Megaw nice profile pic 👌🏼 Alex listen to Cane Hill!
Oh Alex, the minute I saw that you were going to react to this song I was excited for you because I knew you would love it!
As for a suggestion, going off of the chaos theme from this video, perhaps Sepultura - Refuse/Resist
He had the perfect voice for to combine metal and hip-hop its the best
Anthrax/Public Enemy Bring the noise
Luv that song👊 The originators of Nu Metal/Rap Metal in my opinion. Some may say it was Aerosmith & Run DMC, but Aerosmith isn't metal.
YESS!!!
Definitely a must
Hell yeah! Alex, Anthrax was the first real metal band that opened the door for bands that play this type of genre today. True pioneers of their time. A reaction to both versions of 'Bring the Noise' would be awesome(There are 2 versions, one from Anthrax which is more metal sounding, and one from Public Enemy which has more rapping. Both versions are amazing!!) Oh, and if you really want to go old school 80's, "I'm the Man!," from Anthrax is a must. It's just a really fun rap to jam to!
Come on and get down
YASSSS NOW TORNADO OF SOULS AND A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN
TORNADO OF SOULS YAS
Alex, Need to share. I've been sick in bed with the flu for 6 days just scrolling through videos. Watched this one and the first note jumped up and bounced around for a few seconds because that was all the energy I had. Now I'm back in bed coughing like crazy.
Alex, i'm really glad you enjoyed, and everyone will recommend you great songs. But i'm going to go ahead and recommend not only doing Rage songs again, but live performances. Rage Against the Machine have and always will be a live band, at least for me. Their live shows are absolutely insane and so, so powerful. It's passionate, not only about music, but for people and freedom and things we live by. You should react to live performances from Rage!
Do bombtrack next!
Gonna go ahead and recommend Hope by We Came As Romans. RIP Kyle Pavone
My fave song of them is memories
What!!!! First time listening rage??? Where have you been dude on another planet?
Zach De la Rocha's voice is just on another level to anything ive heard since my childhood and through out high school
Rage Against the Machine are one of my all-time favorite bands. Their debut album was phenomenal.
Always looking forward to new videos from you, bro. I'll definitely be seeing you tomorrow.
Shadow moses maybe?
Rasmus Björklund gotta bring us that horizon already!!!!!
i can tell from the look in your eyes man
From that emo band?
@@adinfinitum9756 Alex is going nowhere (in progress of giving us a video with bring me the horizon)
Finallly my boy alex! Great great band!
Saw them live in Nashville right before they split up. One of the best shows I have ever been to. We had balcony seats and in true Rage fashion we jumped from the balcony to the floor area and hit the mosh pits. Security couldn't get to us. Such a great night
Finally! you reacted on RATM!!!
Killswitch engage - Strength of the Mind
Have fun listening to all of the rest of what RATM has to offer. None of it is bad and all of it has a message. Great band!
I’m loving all these young guys learning about this music.

It's a joy to watch someone discover something this great. :)
Playing this song on bass gives me flashbacks to when I was playing rocksmith metal track pack

You should really react to "Killing in the name"
Sarius 656 yea my dude nice profile pic 🤘🏻
@@AceCrump97 yeah yours is great too ;)
and since he already skipped the usual Killing into Bulls I would suggest he not listen to Killing because he would overhype it and most likely not enjoy it that much. hell there was only like one reaction channel that even liked it and it was Weaboo because it was his first rage song. Any other channel I see just say it is too repetitive.
@Kristofer Dahlström don't forget people of the sun!
Rage against the machine was dangerous for the government. I miss that band so much
Tom Morello figured out how to make a record scratching sound with a guitar. Genius
Killing in the name by rage against he machine next
He’d enjoy that
Wake up by ratm
@caraepico as first listen the studio versione is better
hell yeah!!
Definitely my fave RATM song.
Revisit:
Ghost - Rats
Arch Enemy - War Eternal
Slipknot - Eyeless
Metallica - Call of the Ktulu
"What we don't know keeps the contract alive and moving"
Fucking best line in any song ever written
Pleeeeeease do Alice In Chains - Would? You won’t regret it
MORE RAGEEEE!!!!
Please react to
Metallica --- Orion!!!!!
What's taking so long Alex? Lol
I know I keep on asking him too
Suicide and redemption needs some love, it's a very understanding rated Metallica instrumental.
Hope you'll check more from them! Nice video btw Finally you have the headphones you need Sennheisers HD650 rule indeed!
Hi dude, watching your vids from France, and it feels good to see a hiphop head can enjoy metal, as metalheads can enjoy hiphop as long as it is quality made.
If I can throw a lil suggestion : Rage Against The Machine's "Know your enemy". This shit is dope, big time.
See ya !
react to rage against the machine killing in the name...the live version
Epica - Kingdom of Heaven
Up
I love that metalheads recommend this song because it have rapping or things like that that make you, as a hip hop head, listen something familiar
Zack de la Rocha is lit as a live volcano...
He spit fire that leaves nothing but burnt remains.
Goat i miss that band. We need this type of music more than ever
I know this has nothing to do with RATM. But RIP Kyle Pavone of We Came As Romans..Hell of a vocalist 🤘🏼🤘🏼
too many dead people too soon lately... jill janus a few days ago, the drummer from weedeater is also apparently dead... damn...
Machine HEAD - DARKNESS WITHIN
Sean Egberts Hell yes. I've requested it several times now!
@@jemmag2259 we gotta keep hounding him and eventually he'll do it
For example ive been asking for every video it
For some reason I love getting drunk and watching your reactions lol. Geez I need help
Right when you said makes you want to head bang I had just started right that second
Day 11th of requesting.
*Ghost of Perdition* by Opeth
I won't give up.
Oh damn Alex! I love this bloody song! Hoping you will react to Machine Head again soon!
I love when someone tries to understand something new for his/her pov and falls in love with. And that's the case! Love your work here, bro. Very inspiring for tons of people that maybe don't event think about listening a song like that.
I think you may literally love A little piece of heaver by Avenged Sevenfold, wich I suggest to watch and listen with your gf (literally you really have to see the whole music video). You won't regret it, I promise.
Peace from Italy!
When I was in the army in the late 90's, the base commander wouldn't allow Rage to be sold in the commisaries on base since it was deemed "anti-government'. Needless to say some of us didn't appreciate this order... so we went off base, bought what we needed, and then blasted Rage out our barracks windows after duty hours. We thought it poetic.
