@@babybc8810 Essentially it could mean a few things: The song mansion, sad song and this is another part of it, or theres a child living in room of the mansion and everyone thinks they are happy but its really the opposite
@@babybc8810The entire thing is that the Mansion is Nate’s head. All his songs are related back to it. All of these songs are him letting go of traumas and emotions trapped in his head. All his songs are connected. Once you realize this as a listener and go back to the songs you start realizing how deep it is and how insane the connects are and you start to piece together the mansion he’s showing us.
Nf is truthfully the reason im still alive and kicking because in this lonely world he makes me feel like I'm being heard I've listened to him since I was like 13 I'm soon to be 19
I'm here because my young friend of 14 (i'm 46) is in a crisis and her father voiced his concern to me about what she was listening to. I'm now blown away by s and not in the slightest concerned. I am an artist and I've created a whole exhibition about addiction from a friend's point of view. It is rough too. I've also had a Christian ask me why I don't paint about heaven, and I asked why I should. I too have had amazing response from the people who need my exhibition. That keeps me going. ❤
This song is so beautiful. It hurts when you realize you’re one of the kids that show up to his concert feeling every word he’s ever wrote, but it’s not as lonely once you realize thousands of others do too.
All I used to listen to was metal, I’m 25 now and NF threw me right into his musical rabbit hole, and I haven’t looked back, this man is a genius, lyrically, aesthetically with his visuals, and he just speaks his mind, I wish more rap was like this, outspoken truth rather than “drugs and women” This man’s music is hella powerful imo
@@AverageSkater Same. Listen to metal, didn't listen to rap until a friend introduced me to Therapy Session, Outcast, and Real. TS and Outcast were the songs that got me into NF. Outcast helps me deal with being so different from the majority of people that I felt like I had no place anywhere and the only way to have a place somewhere would be to change into something that Im not only not, but completely don't understand.
Just when I think I've determined my favorite NF songs, I start to hear "Therapy Session" with open ears. From a different perspective. And I appreciate him that much more, and I genuinely love Nate for that. All of his music is therapy for me.
I'm 63 and a retired university professor... this guy is outstanding on several levels... I love his work, his vocation.... Oh and I like your UA-cam music analysis channel... excellent
I identify so much with this song. My music creation is my therapy. Unfortunately those close to you sometimes don’t get it, they just say: you wasting your time” but they don’t realize this is “ therapy for me” as I also deal with anxiety and depression although they see me smile everyday. Thanks for your reaction
I cannot wait for you to finish this journey. I’ve been watching since your first NF reaction. I like to call him a cinematic rapper. Every song gives you some feels.
Although I agree completely, Intro 3 is in my Top 5. But I also feel like you could say that with almost every single song he has. The ‘just wait until…’
I introduced my daughter to NF music when she started middle school. She latched on immediately and his music has been in every playlist since. I know there are things that she will hold in even though she knows she can talk to me about anything. His music kinda of gives her that "I'm not alone in this feeling".
Being a fan of Nate for the last 10 years, I LOVE LOVE LOVE watching you discover this amazing Artist. I smile so big every time you get excited and start passionately freaking out internally and externally while walking down and discovering the NF Therepy Road. ❤
Thank you! Sorry, I don’t even know your name. But listening to NF, watching your reactions to NF, and other artists, has gotten me back to therapy, back to work on my mental health (more than just my GP prescribing Prozac). I am also on the musical side of things (not professionally). So I really connect to my emotions through music. Keep up the good work, and keep those killer reactions coming. I really appreciate it.
I am so in love with your reactions! You are hands-down, the best therapist breaking down songs on UA-cam! Thank you! Absolutely amazing! I can’t wait for you to react to NF “Why”
Totally agree. This channel plus Delightfully Dysfunctional have been my top reaction channels lately, both are therapists with amazing empathy (and both, coincidentally, are deep diving into NF right now)
NF is easily the most underrated artists in music. I know alot of people know who he is but it should be everyone. His music is so deep which you wouldnt expect from rap
This is genuinely turning into one of my favourite channels due to the content and your reactions. I’d like to recommend “Poet and the Pendulum” live at Wembley by Nightwish. It is not the normal song people start with when it comes to Nightwish, however it is the song that suits this channel the most as it deals with depression and struggle. It was written by Nightwish’s song writer the keyboardist Tuomas during the hardest time in the bands history and he basically ended his life in the song to stop himself doing it in real life, however the new song finishes positively with a new beginning. It is one of the best written pieces of music you will come across and is broken into Acts. I won’t say more about it. Nightwish hold the record for most reacted song in UA-cam history with “Ghost Love Score” (normally what people start their Nightwish journey with. However, as previously mentioned, “Poet” suits this channel perfectly, especially if the research is done on the songs meaning beforehand.
NATE helped me a lot! The Album the Search was running over and over again when I was at my lowest. Pushed me through my Pain and then as the single Hope dropped, I already felt what he was expressing. Going through the change and try things in a different way was a key for my survive.
Loving your NF reactions!!! You get it , that’s awesome, his journey is his story line and eventually he comes out of that dark side , can’t wait to see you react to his journey
Nate is an inspiration. I learned every one of his songs because of how in tune I felt with him. I channel him often. Nate is doing his part to wake people up. Block out the negativity, it won’t survive in the new world we’re going to make together. I’m so grateful for Nate. He also taught me to let go so I can get my message out. Thanks Nate 💕
I first can along his music when I was going through the hardest moments and he gave me hope and a sense to keep going. He just has that affect you can just feel the emotion and you realize that your not alone and that people feel the same and anytime I need a pick me up I go to him
I am blown away by the Heartsupport platform you are building. It is now part of my daily routine. I watch one video a day and what's great is I have been relying on this music to get through my day to day my entire life. Thank you. Your message today touched me specifically because I am new in recovery. I am building a new network of recovery in my community. I realized that I have been forsaking my therapy sessions. MY MUSIC, MY VOICE, because now that I have found purpose in my new identity, I need to take the gifts that God has given me and use them to help others deal with their trauma and their pain. Sometimes the only time I feel okay is with my guitar in my hand. Thank you for what you do!
I got to see NF, for the first time and ive been a fan from the beginning so it was Amazing! NF, saved my life 5/6 years ago! I'm one of the kids but Nate and I are the same age but I have the mansion on rotation! I listen to his music everyday, all his albums on rotation!
NF is an outstanding artist! I've been following him since 'Mansion' came out. I love this album and can relate so much... NF music makes me angry/sad/hopeless and at the same time happy/hopefull . Such and emotional trip
NF is the reason I’m still here… I first heard a song from him when I was like 15/16 years old, now I’m gonna be 25 in August… He just made me feel so seen… It’s like he is singing about myself… and even though I know I wasn’t the only one feeling this… you’re feeling so alone and his music showed me that I wasn’t alone 🫶🏼🙈

at first i couldn't understand how people could be hating him and his music, but then i remembered this one time i broke down and cried because i shared a "real" song like this with someone close to me.. i shared it because it spoke to me and perfectly portrayed how i felt at that time, i wanted to reach out through the music and connect, be understood.. but what i got instead was how they really hated the song because it was depressing and made them feel like unaliving themselves, went on calling it shit and other insulting terms.. i just stepped outside and started crying, couldn't even understand why this was hurting me so much. the song was "all eyes on me" by Bo Burnham, part of his musical film called Inside, in which he showed us what he was going through during the pandemic. I thought it was really powerful and brilliant, but this person I trusted and came to in my vulnerable state just completely rejected it. some people just don't want to feel those emotions, they reject any music that isn't emotionally positive. i tried to understand, but to me, music is more than background noise or something to dance to, to me music is a higher language of expression and communication, a true form of art. even if it's okay that not everybody speaks that language, it still hurts when i fail to reach them.
Idk if or how long you go with checking comments…. But just wanted you to be aware that You…., along with obviously and Nate(NF) after all this time IS what kept me here…. I have really bad emotional expression issues….. and his music helped me so much between anger and the ideas of self harm and s*****e…..
nf is so compassionate, such a wonderful soul. but what he does is in many ways similar to a therapist, i can't imagine the pressure and guilt he must experience.
Oh I enjoy your reactions of NF. Have been waiting for this one. ❤ You have so much therapeutic songs to look forward to. 😊 Like someone else said, the song Nate that he wrote as a homework for him self during therapy.
Before moving on to later albums again I think you need to listen to Intro 2 and Oh Lord by NF. If not those then definitely check out Into 3 and Let You Down from his Perception album.
Your reactions to NF have me hungry for more, and i’d love to see you check out songs from my favorite artist of 10 years. EDEN, some songs i’m sure you’ll be able to break apart are: Jupiter Rock n’ Roll Falling In Reverse Icarus Start//End (Peak) Your content is amazing as always 😌 Edit: He also goes by The Eden Project and has a massive catalogue of music under there before he found his sound and changed names.
The song NATE was an actual therapy assignment given to him

Before moving on to later albums again I think you need to listen to Intro 2 and Oh Lord by NF. If not those then definitely check out Into 3 and Let You Down from his Perception album.

Some parents don't want to talk about the real issues kids face.
This is amazing. 👍🏿
I think you should check out his track Change soon. That song literally helped me quit alcohol.
Your reactions to NF have me hungry for more, and i’d love to see you check out songs from my favorite artist of 10 years. EDEN, some songs i’m sure you’ll be able to break apart are:
Jupiter
Rock n’ Roll
Falling In Reverse
Icarus
Start//End (Peak)
Your content is amazing as always 😌
Edit: He also goes by The Eden Project and has a massive catalogue of music under there before he found his sound and changed names.
Change is a solid song and one of my favs from the search, should def check it out

The song Let You Down by NF i really relate to beacause the message from the song is very very similar to what my mom did to me.
Nah that chorus would be a great therapist theme song
Haha, I love the 3 camera setup; but for real yeah deep song hits hard.
