    A 28-year-old woman has lost 150lbs after her middle-aged mum outshone her during a hike. Danielle from Milwaukee, Wisconsin struggled with her weight since a young age. Due to bullying Danielle became very introverted - and found comfort in food, consuming around 3,000 calories a day. At her heaviest, Danielle weighed 340lbs and struggled to find clothes that fit her larger frame. The first time Danielle tried to lose weight was in 2015, in preparation for her sister’s wedding - but after the wedding she lost her motivation. It wasn’t until a hiking trip with her mum and sister Kelsey that Danielle decided to change her life around. Danielle began a strict diet and exercise regime and over a year lost an amazing 150lbs. Five years after her sister’s wedding, Danielle tries on the very same bridesmaid’s dress she wore on that day.

      from most famous lecturers ,creative, successful and geniuse persons !! ⁉
      ⏬Today ; We have better than everything those say, very important words;
      👉You can be good, and you can be bad; choose for yourself what you want; only you will harm yourself, or benefit yourself;
      ⤵️
      ✋Consider the accuracy of the Great Mentoring, how a person is successful, righteous; effective, when he fully realizes that he is responsible for all of his actions;
      🌹(6:104) There has come to you enlightenment from your Lord. So whoever will see does so for [the benefit of] his soul, and whoever is blind [does harm] against it. And [say], "I am not a guardian over you."[335]
      [335]- The Prophet (ﷺ) is directed to disassociate himself from all erroneous belief and practice.
      🌹(41:46) Whoever does righteousness - it is for his [own] soul; and whoever does evil [does so] against it. And your Lord is not ever unjust to [His] servants.
      🌹(27:40) ...And whoever is grateful - his gratitude is only for [the benefit of] himself. And whoever is ungrateful - then indeed, my Lord is Free of need and Generous."
      🌹(35:18) ...And whoever purifies himself only purifies himself for [the benefit of] his soul. And to Allāh is the [final] destination.
      🌹(29:6) (6) And whoever strives only strives for [the benefit of] himself. Indeed, Allāh is Free from need of the worlds.
      🌹(17:15) Whoever is guided is only guided for [the benefit of] his soul. And whoever errs only errs against it. And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. And never would We punish until We sent a messenger.
      🌹(47:38) ...And whoever withholds only withholds [benefit] from himself; and Allāh is the Free of need, while you are the needy.
      🌹(48:10) ...So he who breaks his word only breaks it to the detriment of himself. And he who fulfills that which he has promised Allāh - He will give him a great reward.
      🌹(4:111) And whoever earns [i.e., commits] a sin only earns it against himself. And Allāh is ever Knowing and Wise
      🔹From the previous verses, we recognize individual responsibility and bear its results in the clearest form and the strongest phrase in its affirmation.
      saving your self, in the Day of Resurrection is a personal project (⏰The most important project ever; the most important of money and of everything⏰)
      ⛔️ You will never have an excuse :
      💧Because of people's neglect and preoccupation with this life; and their forgetfulness of the true eternal life remaining.
      💧The deviation (of those you follow them) from the truth (family, clergy, celebrities, leaders, friends, .... ) .
      💧When your parents, children relatives and friends let down you.

      They (the film crew) prompt them to reflect on their past self to dramatise it, and she and her sister didn't have much to say about it really. They were just reaching for stuff to say. You need to take this reality TV type stuff with a huge grain of salt.

    • @fanatic26
      @fanatic26 4 роки тому +42

      Thats a load of crap, she should be ashamed of what she was. I say this as a person who has lost 200 lbs himself. If I look back and think "it wasnt that bad" that will be the first step towards returning to those bad habits. I look at what I did to myself as a huge personal failure and something I will have to live with the damage from for the rest of my life. Part of the recovery from being that obese is recognizing that the person you were and the habits you formed were the problem.

      Over 90% of weight loss is diet anyway. Walking is great, but so is weight lifting. Walking long distances has shown to be helpful against so many things, while a strong build is important when getting older and also can increase metabolism (increase metabolic base rate). In the end, one has to stay consist - with diet and exercise. In my opinion the exercise which is best, is the one you actually enjoy to do. The one you are looking forward to, because in the end you also want to lead a happy life without stressing out too much.

    great story...you're a better you, for you and that's all that matters. I would add to the end ...stop eating fast food!! go home and cook yourself a meal and think about it when you're eating. I'm 61 and i've gained and lost weight my whole life. I got back on the horse this Jan after I had reached 268 lbs. I'm down to 232 and i'm trying this time to really think about how I'm doing it and enjoying the food I eat.

    wow!!! this is so inspiring☺☺my husband and me are on a weightloss journey ourselves to lose 45kg(100lbs) each, we love life and doing fun stuff together but unfortuantly we love eating to..... and we realized if don't do something now we are not going to grow old together and that makes me sad😪we are each other's biggest support system and that helps a lot. its taking longer than i thought it would, but I'm sure we will get there!!!!

    As long as your addressing the mental health implications which is what morbid obesity actually stems from and nurture your mental/emotional health as great as you do your physical health than that is awesome. Not everyone's journey is the same but there is much more to obesity than lack of will power and overindulgence. No ones journey is the same. Sending you love.
