A 28-YEAR-OLD woman has lost 130lbs after her weight began affecting her family life. Adrianna from New Jersey, USA has struggled with her weight since she was a child, but it wasn’t until she had her son that the pounds really started to pile on. At her heaviest Adrianna weighed 298lbs. She even considered weight loss surgery but decided to lose the weight naturally. After working hard on different exercise routines three days a week, she immediately noticed the weight coming off and just under two years later, she had lost 130lbs.

That's what being supportive means. He loved her through and through; his loved showed through his actions of going along with her on her weight loss journey.

I agree with this. I still plan on getting a tummy tuck, lol. My heaviest was 231 and before my pregnancy, I'd gotten down to 134. I'm keeping my weight down during this pregnancy and pretty sure I won't stretch anymore than I already have but yeah, I'll definitely have a tuck in a few years. But many are fine with it and that's awesome! We earned it
Also, for as much a s she lost, she looks phenomenal. And she's always been absolutely gorgeous but, whoa....She's stunning!

This story kind of remind me of me and my husband. My husband is very handsome. I've always been told 'you have a pretty face'. We've been together since we were 16 years old. Weight has ALWAYS been an issue in my life but through it all my husband has always stayed by my side. These past 2 years I've lost 70+lbs and kept the weight off. I too have saggy skin but I feel and look SO much better today at 42 then I did at 24. You go Girl! Here's to our men who has stick by us through "thick and thin".

I went from 432 to 215. I have a lot of skin but I will get it cut off. Kuddos to you
432? A little more then that and you wouldn't be typing. Being fat is not healthy my dad is a doctor and alot of men and woman that are fat tend to get heart attacks... Try to always STAY away from fast foods especially McDonald's and etc.
Eat one plate not 5
Don't over eat fatty foods
Deserts
And you will lose alot more.
Go for runs often with dog (if you have one)
Eat lots of salad plain (sucks I know but healthy)

@Catherine I do not want to lose more weight. I'm comfortable at my size and once I remove the skin my weight will go down. I dont want to be skinny I like having weight on my bones.🤷♀️

These are my favorite stories, where people don't get gastric bypass but actually lose it on their own. I don't look down on people who get gastric bypass, but I'm in awe of the commitment and dedication to those who don't opt for surgery, but lose all that weight on their own. I am so happy with these weight loss videos on this channel. It never gets old, because people as me have to “keep fit” my whole life. It’s not just changing lifestyle, but also being more conscious about what I put into my mouth. It’s a life journey as I love to eat junkfood too much and will always love it. So these videos motivate me to keep working on myself, still enjoy junkfood once a while but keep tracking on eating healthy food too. Getting healthy and more fit... wow!!! this is so inspiring☺☺my husband and me are on a weightloss journey ourselves to lose 45kg(100lbs) each, we love life and doing fun stuff together but unfortuantly we love eating to..... and we realized if don't do something now we are not going to grow old together and that makes me sad😪we are each other's biggest support system and that helps a lot. its taking longer than i thought it would, but I'm sure we will get there!!!!

Its always amazing to me how ppl who release such a massive amount of weight look like different people in the face almost entirely. Like you know its them but maybe its the glow they emit.. anyways she looks amazing her eyes are so much brighter like I can see her happiness in them. Praying for my own break thru. Was almost at my goal weight pre quarantine, now right back at 220s again and its depressing. Anyways I'm not about to hold myself back, I'm gonna hold myself accountable! *I related to this SOOO very much! I have lost 230+ lbs in less than 2 years (been maintaining over a year now). My highest weight was 392 lbs though! I documented my entire journey, and like her would take this loose skin ANY day over being almost 400lbs ever again! I was supposed to have my skin removal surgery on June 24th but it was cancelled due to this whole covid pandemic :( I have SOOO much loose skin and it is so hard to appreciate all the hard work I have done to get where I am with this constant reminder hanging off of me. I can't truly see what I look like under all of this mess. But I am truly grateful and feel incredibly blessed to even have made it this far! It truly IS life changing ^.^ I have accomplished SOOO many things that I never thought possible since losing the weight! I still have about 20 more lbs to go...but my skin removal surgery will take care of that (IF I ever get rescheduled for it that is!!! lol)*

Wow! Congratulations! All your hard work paid off! I am in the same position where laundry and stairs are hard for me. I do have some other medical stuff going on besides being overweight but I hope that losing about 35-45 lbs and gaining some muscle tone will help me be more functional. Currently at 215, hoping to be at 180lbs or 170lbs ( I'm 5' 9").
