FOUR years ago, Paige couldn't stand to look at photos of herself. Now, since losing over 110lbs, she feels confident and proud. Paige, from Texas, has struggled with weight her entire life. At her heaviest, she weighed over 300lbs. Since 2017, Paige has lost 110lbs and feels better than ever. She told Truly: “I was ashamed of who I was and had really low self-confidence, I was hidden in the shadows.”

this is so beautiful, im so happy for her! congrats to her! this is really inspirational and i deel like this touches a lot of people, especially those who really want and need to lose weight. she is a light in this world and im so happy for how far she's come. it's sad how her dad is not here, it really is. it's also making think about my dad, because he has his own health issues and he works out all the time and takes meds for his graves disease. i need to better my own life too, and honestly, im so proud of her and i feel so inspired. congrats to Paige for making it so far and going after what she wants. and as for the advice, the way she says how if you want it, you're going to get it and how your small efforts pay off with time, etc, it's so beautiful. i think we all needed that. thank you so much for this video and dont forget to always keep going

Congrats for choosing a healthy lifestyle. It's not easy. I chose my weight loss journey a few years ago. I was 389 at 5'2 in it was especially hard in my body. I , too, hated photos of myself. I wouldn't even look at them. I am down to 220 I still have about 80 more pounds I want to lose. It took two years to get it all off. Stay positive and focused and when your having a bad day , it's no excuse to have a chest day ! Some ppl say yes , it is. For me , one cheat day will lead to another then another. And so on. Good luck. I'm keeping u in my prayers.

its not about what u eat its how much and if u dont burn off more calories than u consume then u gain weight... eat less calories and u can lose weight eat more gain weight... its all about calories in vs calories out..

I need help, I need to loose a lot of weight but I don’t know how long to spend in the gym.
i weigh 26 stone (360 pounds) I don’t work so I have all day to do what I want, i have seen multiple obese people saying they just spend 1 hour per day in the gym and they loose up to 100 lbs per year with the correct diet as-well, but I feel once I have finished an hour I will just go back to my room and lay in my bed for the rest of the day.
I need advice I don’t know if I should just go all out give it everything get as tired as I can.
Hi @muddy shorts, exhausting yourself and then lying in bed the rest of the day sounds like a recipe for disaster. I'm no professional but learnt a lot about weight loss and mental health this year. I think if I had nothing to do all day, the first thing I'd do is find something interesting to focus on. Could be the science of weight loss or whatever else. Then, you can work your exercise around it. It's better to stay active throughout the day, even if its just walking around the house or cleaning or whatever than exercise like crazy for an hour and then do nothing after. During the pandemic I could work from home for a short while and it was great!
I did a short workout, then worked for an hour or two. Then did some stretching. Then had meetings. Then went for a walk. And so on.
I wish I could live that way for a couple of months, until I really got into a routine of regular exercise.
