Did you say failure?! I almost smashed my head in with a weight 🏋♀😂 then got stuck at the bottom of an overhead extension 🫠😂 Arms feel like noodles now, thank you for a fantastic workout Coach! 💪🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻💜
