I love your energy, I love how you don’t discourage women from lifting HEAVY, because it won’t get you bulky, and most of all I love how you focus on doing it all for strength instead of losing weight. I was so ready for this dumbell workout this morning. I began with 5 pounds, then switched to 8 pounds, then 10 pounds, and then 20 pounds. Kaleigh, you gave us the best 20 minutes of our day! I really loved the floor exercise. I'd never done this one, and I really needed to add this one to my routine. I honestly believe you are the best workout buddy I've ever had. Thank you so much😊😊

06/13/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this June SSS, what an arms burn this was, but ohhhhhhhh so juicy! The only one I modified was the last workout the "MODIFICATION - SINGLE ARM SKULL CRUSHER" and oh my word used 10lbs and almost dropped it on my skull! But I kept composure and did these through and through! Again thank you for this juicy SSS workout, and now on to getting ready for some meditation to keep this monkey mind in check!
This was an awesome arm workout! I really liked the format and variety of movements! Those snow angels are a serious burner! The 20 min of hard work is just perfect for workdays! Thank you so much!

This one was great! My triceps are not very strong yet, so I did the skullcrusher modification for the last one. Great burner. Thank you for encouraging people to lift heavier ❤
That was great, thanks Kaleigh. I only had 20 mins, but wanted to do something. My triceps seem to have gone AWOL though, as I was glued to the mat on that last exercise 🙁.
Do you have any workouts using only one set of dumbbells? I have an adjustable set so it takes a couple of mins each time I want to change the weight! Love your workouts, you don’t treat it as a vanity fair like most YT coaches!

So thankful for the triceps modification on the last one. My body shape + T-Rex arms makes that one basically impossible. 😅 modifier was awesome!!
