I realized today that since the start of B&BT I have been able to DOUBLE the amount of weight that I lift! Did curls at 20# today (even though my triceps are sore from yesterday 😉) and back at 25#. Not bad for a 63 yo woman! 💪💪💪 Thanks, Kayleigh ❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
I am proud of me for challenging myself. I look at weight training as a source of meditation. It's very calming, yet hard at the same time. Our bodies crave this kind of muscle training. I read something yesterday. This woman, who is 78, she said that she has one regret in life and that is never doing weight training. She is frail, can't get up off the floor without help and feels old. I will always work out and strength train. Thank you Kaleigh for inspiring me and showing me how beneficial your videos are. ❤🎉❤

I wish I could leave a video comment bc I am doing a little happy dance because I went up in weight for my biceps AND back exercises! And completed the sets! The last time I tried to go up it was NOT happening and I was going to stick with it till you challenged us to just TRY IT!!! Feeling STRONG! Going to do the abs finisher! Hitting the weekend on an awesome note!
