    Goody gumdrops, we used the bench again. I loved it! I also love the Arnold Press. Great for arm definition. Loved the pushups. I can get to my calendar now. My granddaughter figured it out. She said, grandma, you have to sign in first, haha. What would i do without her. At 7, she is my computer tech, lol❤❤

    Amazing arm workout! Especially since I was sore from yesterday's full body! I still added the ab finisher for the cherry on top. ❤

    This workout went by so fast! I love fast, but effective workouts! I added the ab finisher and the glute finisher! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💗💗

    This was great! I just finished a run and was happily surprised I got a lift day (not that I don't love a Wednesday ride!). I'm sure we will kick it in gear tomorrow!

    Day 3 done a little earlier for me since I have a night shift from 10pm-6am! I feel more energized already! And my shoulders were dead from yesterday’s full body workout! 😅

    I can’t seem to click on the finisher links in the video on my tablet, even after updating UA-cam. Only the words are there, no image like usual. Anyone else having this issue? (Got the abs finisher at the calendar though! 🙌)

    Is it necessary to do the standing workouts standing or can they be seated.. does it take away? I’m recovering from a ankle sprain
