    Unfortunately, I wasn‘t up to my wrist weights today, having not my best day today, to say the least. But I got the 15 minutes done, and I will come back to this one on a day when I feel better. Thanks for that short but awesome session!

    This one never fails to amaze me)) So intense!! Don’t let the time fool you!! I remember the first time I did this workout, I could barely lift 3 kg above my head, now feeling strong at 5

    I’ve been adding the arms finisher twice a week to my workouts, but I decided to try something different today and added this one to the cycle workout. My arms feel like Jello with the addition of the wrist weights!

    i havent worked out in over 2 months due to being sick and traveling but today was my first day back and i paired this workout with a 20 min spin wo and man im feeling good!!! love these 15 mins strength workouts!! i can barely type my arms burn so bad!!

    Loved this workout! My arms are jello… I used 2.5 wrist weights… it’s an economical way to increase weight too!;

    This was a great workout with the 20 minute cycle. I’m definitely getting those wrist weights to help increase my overall weights. Thank you kaleigh. Next week we are half way through bike and bells. Amazing!!

    Up’d my overall weight by about 5lbs (except the snow angels 🥴) ooh boy! Just bought these new heavier weights and I’m afraid it won’t be long before I’ll need heavier ones! Love the push❤

    Holt shit dude. I started working out in January last year, mostly just doing yoga and pilates, liked the results, but I decided this year I wanted to go harder. I only just started doing your workouts, my first video was February 1st, and I already feel like I’m seeing results. I feel SO GOOD after following along, like I’ve really pushed myself and my mental health has been stellar as well. I’m so, so excited to see my progress with you in a couple months!!

    Perfect
    I had to skip shoulders and do my PT instead,but I am allowed bi&tris and this is perfect to help me maintain and really focus on form!

    Ive been using 2.5 pd wrist weights to help me get from 15 to 20. Good w/o Kaleigh. On to the bike now.

    Oof. Wore my 2.5 leg weights on my wrists for biceps and triceps! 😣 Then just upped the weight (from 8 to 10 or 10 to 12) for others. 🔥
