I’ve been adding the arms finisher twice a week to my workouts, but I decided to try something different today and added this one to the cycle workout. My arms feel like Jello with the addition of the wrist weights!

This was a great workout with the 20 minute cycle. I’m definitely getting those wrist weights to help increase my overall weights. Thank you kaleigh. Next week we are half way through bike and bells. Amazing!!
Up’d my overall weight by about 5lbs (except the snow angels 🥴) ooh boy! Just bought these new heavier weights and I’m afraid it won’t be long before I’ll need heavier ones! Love the push❤
Holt shit dude. I started working out in January last year, mostly just doing yoga and pilates, liked the results, but I decided this year I wanted to go harder. I only just started doing your workouts, my first video was February 1st, and I already feel like I’m seeing results. I feel SO GOOD after following along, like I’ve really pushed myself and my mental health has been stellar as well. I’m so, so excited to see my progress with you in a couple months!!
