- Your workout isn't complete until after you've stretched and who doesn't LOVE dessert! This full body stretch is going to help reduce muscle soreness after a workout, increase flexibility, reduce stress, and help decrease your risk of injury.
Stretching is crucial to a well-rounded training plan, so hang out with Stella and me while we work through this full body stretch and hit all of the muscles, big and small. This stretching is perfect for after a workout or on its own on a recovery day. Take full advantage of this relaxing, but beneficial 15 minute stretch and enjoy dessert!

I've been doing this for a month now for pain management, and not only does this help with general pain, but I'm also so much more flexible than I was before. Gonna have to branch out and see what else this channel has to offer.

I was hurt 7 years ago during a gymnastics accident. My back hasnt been the same since, constant back pain every day. I went to physical therapy for it and that helped a little but never actually releaved my pain for more than the stretch lasted. Recently ive been feeling down and wanting to get back into stretching so i can do some gymnastics again. I love the sport and it makes me genuinely happy. I havent done a walkover since i hurt my back and thats my goal. I just did these stretches and my body feels amazing. I havent felt this loose in years. Im going to start doing this every day and see if it will help me get to my goal. I used to be able to do an over split (side splits but with your front foot elevated on a box and your back leg completely touching the ground flat) id love to be able to do that again as well. When i reach my goal ill have to reply to this and update if it helped as much as i think it will!

I just really needed a good stretch today, and this was perfect. I already walk for exercise, but I will be adding this to my routine as well. You don't realize how tight we are until you start stretching. Nice slow easy stretches, thank you:)

This is an awesome beginner stretch. When I started my body barely moved that way, now ( approximately 2 weeks after ) I'm flexible in ways I didn't imagine. I'm going to keep doing this.

This was a really nice stretch though it made me realize just how badly I need to stretch more 😅 couldn’t even grab my leg in the quad stretch. Going to try to do this daily to see if I improve

Day 1 of doing these stretches. I can't even do the one laying down bringing heel to arm, my arm can't even reach my calves. I'm doing this as self rehab for nerve damage so I don't have to limp everytime I walk

I’m today years old to realize the importance of stretching,
I’ve been lifting weights at the gym for over two years and have gained some decent muscle mass over time. Almost posted a shirtless pic on IG as story. eee😂
But never in my life did an entire stretching barring the so-called 30 -second warm-ups.
So I’ve been feeling really stiff lately, did this routine on my rest day at home.
OMG my muscles were like “Bitch, Finally”
I felt every inch of muscles.
Long story short

I wish I'd known this wasn't really for beginners. My hip muscles are so tight and inflexible I'm physically incapable of forward folds at the moment. So it felt like I couldn't attempt half of it.
I've never tried a cat-cow after a workout, it's amazing how fatigue really highlights all those movements 😂

I’m a teen who loves dancing, but my summer has been… comfortable. I decided to start stretching daily to prepare for my 14+ advanced musical theatre. This is day one, and this video is perfect! I could feel my muscles loosening and my legs getting sore, but I don’t feel any after pain. What do you say I keep you updated? I love your voice and attitude, and of course the puppy. Hi there new friends. My name is Snow and I am a 195ish 5'10 person with a slow (1700 cal/day) metabolism. I am 19 years old and I am looking to lose hopefully 50-55lbs by the middle/end of next year. Completely reasonable goal. I've noticed my food habits recently, I am not an emotional eater, I in fact just eat because I love the taste of food. Ill think about food then suddenly I'm craving it. I find that every other night ill binge on a bag of chips or a pint of ice cream and go to bed feeling like I messed up. I always wake up with a positive attitude and try to make better decisions. I am trying a new idea by setting small weekly goals (this week its exercising 30 minutes a day) with a small reward to hopefully build some healthy habits. During this time I hope to explore new food combinations that are healthier, but are also sweet to snatch those 10pm ice cream cravings. Do any of y'all have any tips on small exercises that aren't direct running and are easier on the lower back (terrible lower back damage from years of tennis). My mind is in the right place to begin my journey, I just need that extra kick to get my engine running. If there is any advice you could provide I am all ears as Im really going to try to get to 170 by the end of 2024.

Day 2. As someone that doesn’t stretch much and complains of always being stiff… I was able to get deeper into each stretch & felt the targeted muscle much better. Great full body stretch for wake up and pre-work!
