      About 20 seconds into the first round of push-ups I knew I was in trouble 😅 but I didn't quit! Never underestimate a 30 minute upper body with Sydney😂

    I wasn't hitting the weights I normally hit today. Everything was super heavy but I still crushed it to the best of my ability. Good work everyone!

    These are by far my FAVE workouts! Two rounds then followed by one big final round!! Would like to see more workouts with this type of routine Have done the past few workouts with this routine and love it.

    Crushed it! My chest was sore from yesterday but still pushed hard! I'm harnessing stress and frustration from work and getting it out on the mat this week. Great last week of the program! Little worried about leg day tomorrow 😅

Everyday I push myself a bit harder, but today upper body workout 🏋️‍♀️ was thought for me specially on shoulder press, I pushed to failure 😨 I be honest with you I couldn’t finish the last round complete of each one!!     I am a big fan and have been following now for 4 yours. Struggling to get back into it after a year off. Doing what I can, Love that I can make it my own workout. I was unable to weight train due to breast cancer diagnosis and complications from treatment. I now have severe wrist and shoulder tendinitis and frozen shoulder. Sometimes I do the exercises without weights, especially when my shoulder range of motion prevents proper form. Slow and steady for the last 6 weeks. Starting back at the beginning, progress not perfection. Thanks for always being here!
