I am a big fan and have been following now for 4 yours. Struggling to get back into it after a year off. Doing what I can, Love that I can make it my own workout. I was unable to weight train due to breast cancer diagnosis and complications from treatment. I now have severe wrist and shoulder tendinitis and frozen shoulder. Sometimes I do the exercises without weights, especially when my shoulder range of motion prevents proper form. Slow and steady for the last 6 weeks. Starting back at the beginning, progress not perfection. Thanks for always being here!
