    Tanong ko lang po kung ok tong program na binigay sakin sa gym ko eto ginagamit ko for 2 months,this is good daw po for bulking,medyo payat ako but 60 kg ako before magstart nag workout
    Day 1-Legs,Chest,Bicep,Abs
    Day 2-Back,Shoulder,Tricep,Abs
    Rest day
    Then repeat.

    Dito sa gym namin, ilang taon na silang dirty bulk!😂 okay na okay kasi lumalaki sila and lumalakas daw sila pero when it comes to cutting down lahat yata sila takot na kasi they will loose their “gains” daw

    Coach 133 pound po ang weights ko po
    Chicken breast for ang protien
    Brown rice ang carb
    Olive oil ang fats
    Diba sir sa 100 grms ng chicken breast = 31 grams of protein
    Pano po e calculate ang carbs sa gram scale and fats sana ma answer no po ako gusto ko po mag bulk salamat po

    Tanong kolang po, paano maging ripped na hindi sobrang lumalaki katawan? Need parin po ba na mag calorie surplus or makukuha ko parin yung shape with workout lang and maintenance calories?

    I like to eat foods like Idli and Dosa. South Indian foods made of rice and de-husked fermented black lentils. Even though they may have carbs, it's easy to digest in the stomach.

    Coach i'm 40kg rn, im planning to bulk hanggang 60kg, if nag bubulk ako then tine-train ko naman upper body ko but hindi ako nagleleg day, magchichicken leg po ba ako kahit i'm gaining 20kg naman? salamat po

      Tataba ka nyan Bro! kasi 2x beses ka lng ngwoworkout tapos 5 days na kain ka lng ng kain. Wala kang mabuburn na fats dyan kundi mag gagain ka pa!

    Coah, is it okay to have a 4-day workout and 1-day rest after? So I have 6 days rest within 31 days (1month). Been doing this for 3 months po and my goal is to gain weight/muscle
