Workout complete still day 3 so excited cause im gonna travel to my country and i always forget things like the workout and we dont have wifi there Im gonna miss you so much but luckily i still have much more time ! And im gonna try to do this every hour so i dont forget stay fit everyone!💪😊

Yippy Day 19 of belly workout out completed with only two rest days in between ! Definitely my abs are well toned far well toned now with proper diet I can gain weight avoiding cardio workouts for few months so I can gain weight I just want minimum 3 Kg and maximum 5 kg ! Including last month day counts it was 49 th day ! Excluding 3 rest days in total !

I try so many jumping jacks but it didn’t loss
Maybe you should too eat more something healthy like salad fruit and not eat to much fast food
I lost 3 pounds in 1 week don't eat to much
I also tried jumping jacks ,but caused some health problems
Don’t give up, try other work outs! And also try eating healthy, dont starve urself! you got this!
