I always do this at night. I lost 5kg. From 65 to 60. Since december, im doing this exercise and another. It really works for me. This is the best. You just need self discipline, motivation, and inspiration to do what's best for you.

Day 1:✅ It was my first day so yes, it was very hard but I'm keep going! Day 2:✅ It was easier than yesterday but it was still hard. Day 3:✅ It's became easier and easier day by day! I did this workout for past 1 month , but I didn't complete full but I did for 10 minutes daily. Even then I lost 2 kgs. It is really helpful. Perfect start for abs. And the next month I lost 1 kg..And the next month I lost 1 kg. So it's gives me result.And it's perfect for me.

On my first day of this standing work out but im doing Roberta's planking and 100 squat challenge for two weeks now,,, i lost 2kgs for 2 weeks work out and cutting carb and sugar,. I'll give updates after one month of doing this standing work out.

Keep it up, Raj Kumar! It is important that you start and end your workout with a warm-up. This will prepare your muscles and joints for activity by warming up and stretching before you do the routines. The muscle soreness is normal as it is a sign that you're getting stronger, and is nothing to be alarmed about. All videos are great! I do prefer doing a series of floor or a series of standing exercises rather than going back and forth every other time as I have a bit of vertigo which causes dizziness. However I'm really enjoying so many of your videos. Super job! Many thanks. 👍💞🥰

I am Subhashini from mumbai 65 years looking much fitter, I have been doing roberta gym exercises over two years. Targeting overall, excepting little stuck in abs exercises. Standing abs is too good. Yes do have sugar issues, these exercising regularly has taken my mind away from its repercussions.

I have started this exercise b4 three days..I have severe body pain but I didn't give up... Now I used to take veg juice(2 glass) for dinner carrot chopped, bt root chopped, apple chopped and 1 cup salad cucumber.... Make juice and have... Any juicy fruit is preferable...

I did your cardio workout today thinking that.. it was the one i did months before ☺️ and then i was soo tired and remembered that it wasn't 30mins. finally found the video which i used to do which is this.. will start from tom and will update to you. Day 1: it was fine because i have done this earlier but.. the squad arm lifts were painful since i did the cardio yesterday 😅😅. But i feel very good... day 2 : i feel good today and do see muscle building in my stomach

Doing this excercise because im sick of quitting and comparing myself Day 1 - Felt the burn, not very hard, but i got really sore in my right thigh Day 2- A bit sore from how i slept, the excercise helped loosen me up. Was quite easy today, felt less than 20 mins because im getting used to it. (also slightly seeing definition)

I have been exercising, and thank God am adding these standing exercises to my routine I really enjoyed today and it's my first time here.

I have started this exercise b4 three days..I have severe body pain but I didn't give up... Now I used to take veg juice(2 glass) for dinner carrot chopped, bt root chopped, apple chopped and 1 cup salad cucumber.... Make juice and have... Any juicy fruit is preferable...

The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. Love this channel. This channel makes the process so enjoyable by focusing only on the exercises. I was looking for videos which did not include loud/heavy music, a distracting background or instructor talking non stop during the course of the video. I finally found Roberta's gym and I am addicted to an early morning routine now!

I did your cardio workout today thinking that.. it was the one i did months before ☺️ and then i was soo tired and remembered that it wasn't 30mins. finally found the video which i used to do which is this.. will start from tom and will update to you.
Day 1: it was fine because i have done this earlier but.. the squad arm lifts were painful since i did the cardio yesterday 😅😅. But i feel very good...
day 2 : i feel good today and do see muscle building in my stomach

Doing this excercise because im sick of quitting and comparing myself
Day 1 - Felt the burn, not very hard, but i got really sore in my right thigh
Day 2- A bit sore from how i slept, the excercise helped loosen me up. Was quite easy today, felt less than 20 mins because im getting used to it. (also slightly seeing definition)
