    This is a terrific work out. I lost around 3-4kgs in 14 days, can't express my happiness. I also followed intermittent fasting all these days.Will be continuing this workout for better results 💪

      @@truptithakur8852 It's intermittent fasting.Morning breakfast at 10am,lunch at 1pm and dinner at 6pm.I made sure I to eat healthy ,consumed no or little sugar and oil/ghee.Its basically eating normally but staying away junk.

      @@AmyWarrick-f8v it's working 💓 now I'm 66, And I'm controlling my food habits also, no refined sugar, no processed food, no junk food, only homemade food, reduced the amount of cooking oil, But, my weight is fluctuating 😒. I think I should practice more and more

    Ive been doing this nonstop for 1 week now. I’ve lost 2 kgs. I also watch what I eat. This is by far the best workout routine for me. I dont get bored and each day I am motivated. Thanks

      But i think it's unhealthy so i stopped doing fast weight loss
      And no i didn't noticed any change so it's better to slow your weight loss

      Same here! I suffer from S.A.D.D. and I live in the northern Midwest, where we start losing daylight mid-late September and don't start gaining it back until about March! I started some of these workouts in hopes that they keep my endorphins and whatnot up. I have also heard from others who suffer with depression and negative thoughts, that drinking water infused with Lemon, Cucumber, and ginger really helps them! It's also good for detoxing your gut and large/waste management organs like the liver and kidneys. And if you research what happens when those 3 things are overloaded with toxins, you'll find that depression is one of the symptoms. But do thorough research and contact a Healthcare provider before you do a detox because too much of a good thing can have some downsides. But you can look into that too. 😉 Good luck on your journey of health! 💖

    This is my first day ever doing this exercise from this channel. I completed the 22 minute exercise completely! My body hurts a little and I definitely feel a little weak from all that exercising but it's worth it. I'm really hoping that this really works out! I can't wait to see my results in the next 2 weeks!! ☺️

    I lost 20kgs from 2019-2021 due to this workout. Now I am back with a 10kg gain. Coming back to this today onwards, trying to show up and be consistent now so I can get back in the game!

    I was overweight

I have been following this exercise routine for six months now and I can confidently say that it is really effective, even on days when I don't exercise. I have already lost 10 kg.       @@Nxillex I don't strictly follow a diet, but one thing I am sure of is that I avoid eating sugary and carb-heavy foods. I still eat them, but only in moderation. Additionally, I practice intermittent fasting.

    This is really amazing work out guys! I always thought I can't do any exercise at home by myself becuase I do not have any motivation. I pushed myself and started the first day. I was literally exhausted and I was getting better day by day. For my motivation, I got a paper and I ticked the day I did. And now, 14 days are finished. I don't know if I lose weight but I feel more energetic and relaxed. It definetely works. Just try it, don't give up! Thank youuu!

    Started this workout yesterday to boost my weight loss journey and see if I'm able to finish the challenge! I'm on my second day and it already seems easier. Yesterday I was heavily sweating and out of breath. Today I can write this comment just right after!

    I started following Roberta's workout since 2020 and i lost about 5 kgs and i lost my belly fat . My face really slimmed down . But after started for preparing exams i gained all the weight back due to stress eating .I joined nursing school 1yr back and i wanted to regain my body and all the confidence. So i started working out .Its been 2 weeks since i started doing this and tbh my double chin is not visible and i have started getting jaw lines. Iam 100% sure that this will work coz i have my own experience. Ill continue doing this workout. THANKYOU SO MUCH ROBERTA'S GYM ❤️💪🏻

    I have tried working out for a week, and it really helps a lot. I have lost about 1kg in a week. You just need to balance your diet as well. Never ever touch sweet and fried food!

    I’ve been doing workouts like this for a week and I lose a lot of weight. I weigh 137 pounds and now I weigh 133. I’m slowly losing weight and improving myself. I’m close to my goal and I’m going to try to get to the rest of this week.

    Day 4- even though I feel so tired, managed to complete... I feel very active and motivated
    Day 5- done,, forgot to update yesterday... My body feels so light..

    59yrs young, arthritic hands and knees, completed day one! Thank you for this video, my body thinks it's been hit by a bus, but I did it. Current weight 58kg, taget 47kg, I'm 5ft.

    i’ve been using this workout for 3 days and today is when i noticed differences in my stomach and face fat. this workout is truly amazing! although, some of them are hard considering i haven’t really worked out in my past before, but now they are getting easier since i’m being consistent. will definitely update when i see another difference in my body overall. thank you so much for this, i appreciate it so much!

    The good thing about this workout is that it is very much doable by a normal person and yet yields good results...I tried many other workouts on UA-cam..but everytime I come back to this one within a week's time .😊

      I spent months losing weight with these youtube videos. No matter what I did, I could not get good results. Then I met with Silmmer and fitter clinic. I lost exactly 50 pounds. I received gastric sleeve treatment. I have a pretty good physique now. I even received tummy tuck treatment because I had sagging in the abdomen. I don't have any marks on my body.     My insecurities are my body and teeth, I tried to find ways to get rid of my insecurities that's why I've searched up "how to lose weight" and I saw this and it says that we can lose some weight in just 14 daysa nd when I clicked it, it was worth it. I started yesterday and today is my second day, I hope this work cause I want my confidence back... Ofc guys before you work out pray first and ask God for help, anything is possible in him.       @@kanviaery2542 No particular diet, i just didn't eat bread and sugar. I have 80 kg now, although I still do trainings with Roberta, but I eat much worse than in the first 14 days. So i am going to eat cleaner again for next 30 days

    Starting today(May 7th) - Current Weight - 86.1 kgs
    Desired weight - Long way to go ,but my first target is to get to 80 kgs
    Female - Height - 5'3 - Age- 26 BMI - 34
    Lifestyle - Workout , exercise was never part of my routine, wasn't an overweight person from the beginning. It all started in my college times where I gradually started gaining weight.
    I don't have any health issues except for my thyroid levels spiking up a little at times.
    Due to pandemic it's been almost 15 months since my company let us work from home, and sitting at the same place morning to evening my lifestyle has become very sedentary. Hence my metabolism is very poor too. As far as food is concerned I never watched my calories ate a lot of processed food.
    Please dont mind if the msg is too long, just wanted ppl in similar state like me to be able to relate.
    Week 1 - Today is May 14th, It's been a week since I followed this workout routine. First couple of days I couldn't do it beyond 15 mins , but from the 3rd day it was alryt. I am able to get some results from this and cutting down on processed food and sugar. But aiming to get more results the coming so will try doing it twice in a day.
    Current weight - 84.9 kgs , reduced 1.2 kgs

    GUYS! So I’ve been doing this exercise for a month now about 5 times a week and I lose 18 pounds!!!!! From 150lbs now I’m only 132lbs! It’s a total of 8kls!!!!!😍 I’m so happy rn I weighed myself yesterday and I was in complete shock! I was losing hope but now I’m more motivated so please keep your hopes up!!!!!!!!!!!!😍

      Hi! In the morning I drink 1 glass of chilled water with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 eggs for my breakfast. For lunch and dinner nothing has changed much with the food I eat except I stopped eating rice or bread. I still eat whatever I want as long as it’s not carby food 😊

      I still eat pasta though 😅 and please try to finish the workout I know it’s quite hard but you can do it! Also, I don’t drink lots of water WHILE working out. Just a sip. You will feel full when you drink lots of water before and during workout so I advice just drink right after 😊

    I started 28 of December. 2020 . Today is 29 .i really feel change in me only in two days . I feel like i am eating less than usual. And my belly looks flat than before. But my legs are too stiff .i can't walk properly. But i am not giving up untill i really reduce my weight. . . . focused is the only key to achieve the goal..

      You may have vitamin d defeciancy that caused me unable to walk everyone said you are too stiff but I knew that Its not stiffnes. take sunlight or consult your doctor .

    Day3: Few exercises are easy and few are little bit difficult
    Day4: my legs and shoulders are paining like hell
    Day5: actual video length is 22:20 but it takes me 1hr to complete all exercise
    Day6: successfully completed and sweating all over my body
    I lost 1.5Kg
    I'm back again

    This workout is really good this is the best channel for workout in UA-cam. Thank you so much for making me lose weight. I've lost about 3.5 kgs in just 14 days by doing this workout twice a day. I've avoided all the sugary foods and had a balanced diet thank you so much☺️☺️☺️☺️😘😘😘

    Hello I started it form 4 September. My weight is 54 kg now but it usually remains around 50 kg and so I decided to do this exercise to reduce the weight I gain in last 3 months. Hope it will work🤞🤞

    I did this workout for 14 days twice a day and I lost 5 pounds in 14 days; i'm shocked that it works, however I didn't consume fast food, sugary food and fried food. All the best for everyone; I know it's hard but never give up.

    I’m gonna start this workout today, I’m very insecure about my belly fat and my thigh fat, and I hope this will help! I’ll update every week so you can see my progress, I really do wanna start losing some weight! It was very exhausting but it made me feel so much better about myself!

      Place your palms under your glutes while doing leg drops. It makes it easier

    this is absoloutely incredible! its the only workout that ive seen progress so fast, and its super fun to do. 2 days in and my belly is no longer visible while wearing a shirt... thanks a lot

    Its perfect when your country is on lockdown because of cornoa. I underestimated the workout because of its simple nature. But man it takes the heck out of you to complete it. And yes results are guaranteed with planned diet and consistency.

    I'm starting today(3/5/21) at 60kg(BMI: 23.7)
    Target weight 55kg (BMI: 21.8)
    Will update daily. I hope I stay consistent and motivated
    Day 1 : completed with difficulty. Nearly gave up
    Day 2 : completed
    Day 3 : skipped
    Day 4 : skipped
    Day 5 : completed
    Day 6 : completed😰
    Day 7 : skipped
    No change in weight. I was not consistent though😅
    But I will keep trying
    Day 8 : completed (felt easier to complete)
    Day 9 : skipped
    Day 10 : completed
    Day 11 : skipped
    Day 12 : completed
    Day 13 : completed x 2
    Day 14 : completed
    Results: no change in weight. Reason may be because of inconsistency. Consistency is very important. I will start again with more determination.
    However, I can feel my abdomen flatten, my pants getting loose & I can fit in my old clothes again.

    I started doing my workout from 1st june 2024. Initially I was doing 10 day fat loss challenge. However, after day 6th I felt like it wasn't doing anything to my body. So, from 7rh day onwards I started this workout. It's my 2nd day today, I'm doing this both in the morning and in the evening. I felt really good doing this. Currently my weight is about 65 kg and my Target Weight is 55 kg. I'll try to be consistent doing this. And will update after completing it on 21st june InShaaAllah.
    (Results): so, it's 22nd of June 2024. Before I mention the results I'd like to say that I wasn't able to follow this routine properly. Because of some reasons I missed it for 4 days but I didn't give up and came back on track. And also after day 2, I used to do it only once a day as I didn't have much time because of college and stuff. Still I've lost more than a kg doing this and I've decided to continue it because of how good I felt after doing it. I'm determined to do it religiously this time until I get my desired results. Weight loss can't happen in a day or two. This is a journey and You may be on and off while on this journey but never back off.
