I started doing Roberta s gym excercises from march 17 ,2021 and on 18 July when i went to see my weight i was a little scared ,like i started maintaining my diet and along with excercises i walked for 12km daily..and now my weight is 67kg...it was 78kg on march...i am very much satisfied with the results..Thanks Roberta's gym for these videos ,they are really helpful 😊❤️

I do this daily combined with a 30 minute cardio workout, so 45 minute workout a day. I feel super! Also when the weather is nice, I walk outside combined with my other 2 workouts.

Doing this for 2 weeks: Day 1 : it didn’t hurt that much but i know it will after the fact [no change of course] sub to me to learn about sickle cell disease :)Day 2: I feel the burn still no results but like duh ya know . Like for encouragement! Day 3: ok so I see a little difference but I think I need to eat less sugary food but i don’t eat sweets and I’m 13 so that may sound crazy but I just don’t like sweets but I drink pop and eat chips and sodium will do it because my stomach looks a little bloated rather than just fat. Okay I've done it for two days. I'm going to do it for 7 days, every morning. By the way I'm doing it 2 times a day. Gonna update it every 2 days. Day one : done Day two : done Day three : done Day four : done ( I decided to do it for 14 days so I will keep updating, can't wait for it to reach the end and so I can see the result ^^ ) Day five : done Day six : done Day seven : done ( there's no big result seen yet, but Im about to keep going until the 14th days )

(I Did use a waist trainer so idk if it made the work effect more noticeable and faster) Although it isn’t a long time but it had such a great effect! (It made my butt have a nicer shape to it and made my stomach flat just like the video said it would!) Imma do the workout for a full month I’ll upload ya’ll !

Will try this for 3 months + Pairing this routine with waist training, daily cardio, and OMAD (one meal a day) Day 1 (Monday, Dec 2) ✅ Steps - 7,954 Notes: Struggled a bit with keeping up but it’s my first day so it’s ok. Didn’t really feel a “burn” just exhausted, maybe that’s because my setup wasn’t that good (i did this last minute at night). I’ll be more organized tomorrow. Day 2 (Tuesday, Dec 3) ✅ Steps - 12,569 Notes: A lottt easier than yesterday! Had to do the laying down ones on my bed cuz my mat isn’t thick enough and it hurts my back.. Day 3 (Wednesday, Dec 4) ✅ Steps - 10,042 Notes: I’m feeling sore on my stomach and legs, I think it’s working?! Too early for results obviously but im excited!

This really is an easy workout. I tried and could see the difference but once you find the workout easy I suggest do more reps so you see better effects. I got used to it pretty quick so I started doing 2 times a day and it worked.

Day 1: don’t know how to do cross crunches, but the other excersizes burned!! It was a bit hard. Day 2: Most of the excersizes didn’t burn but a few of them did.
YEAH, Cross crunches are hard for the beginners, so instead of trying to break my legs, I do it little crooked, lol and even leg drops are v hard, my legs r not straight, so I do cycling in the air.

Since 2018 I always give up on these types of videos after 5 mins because I get bored or I battle to follow..today I managed the full workout and will do more again in morning and eve. So happy ❤

Just finished this work out my abs are on fire. Been doing Roberta workouts since beginning this month and trying to reduce how much i eat. I like this one no jumping and floor stays on floor without getting back up every two moves. Lost couple pounds but its only the 20 min every other day. Yes sometimes feel self contious when others walk in on me.
This is my day 2 15 min workout day for my belly fat and butt and this is very hard on my body my bones are really sore but I’m going to continue to do so I can get the flat stomach I been always wanted 😍💪❤️
Remember to take breaks after a certain amount of days. Soreness shows your body is working itself hard but that soreness could lead to implications if not given the rest it needs. Keep up the good work!

@@vans2760 I would say so. I did the same video 3 times this week and on the fourth day I took a break. It just let's your body rest. Without rest, we could suffer an injury and I'd hate to see you put through that. It's also good for the mind to rest too. But it's OK to replace something with another exercise that's less intense, like a walk. That way you're still exercising but just letting your body relax at the same time because it's going to be less intense.
Today is 5th day that I'm doing this workout and another one from this channel for the weight lose. Two workouts in one day. I have seen a little bit changes. But we have to be careful for what we eat that matters alot

Hiiiii I’m 17 and even tho I have a slim physique I have been putting on a bit of weight recently hence why I am working out , I aim to do this twice a day with Wednesday being my break day :) Day 1: first time doing the exercise felt tired throughout and felt burn Day 1: did it in the evening and felt burn during workouts but not rlly after Day 2: woke up with aching thighs, my form has improved and felt burn in stomach and legs and dull ache in buttocks Day 2: legs aching throughout all of today, did workout and got less tired throughout Day 3: pretty much memorised the whole workout, form has improved so much and can deffo feel burn in stomach and legs when doing workout, legs have been aching so much that it’s hard to bend down Day 3: was sick today so it was harder to do but I’m proud that I was able to power through , legs still aching

Gonna update on this. Day 1: Pretty easy because it's working on legs. Day 2: Some sourness from my belly and back but I can see the difference from my stomach on day 1, I'll continue tom. Before I had 63kg I started do this workout. Since 2019 then I got nice shape I wanted i lose weight 55. Then 2022 I got pregnant This year March I got a baby by c section I gain weight 72kg From yesterday I started jogging and am doing this workout again which I trusting 😊
If you can only reduce the rest time for 10 secs in every exercise, and 20 secs for every pace. It is good to apply in all your programs to maintain the energy level. Thanks! 👍

This really is an easy workout. I tried and could see the difference but once you find the workout easy I suggest do more reps so you see better effects. I got used to it pretty quick so I started doing 2 times a day and it worked.

Day two✅(i don’t feel as tired as the last workout, but i still feel a bit exhausted)
Day three✅(i think im starting to see a slight difference in my stomach, it’s starting to look more flat)
Day four✅(i don’t feel tired at all!! and i can hold my planks for much longer, i also am starting to see some growth on my booty😝)

Day 1: don’t know how to do cross crunches, but the other excersizes burned!! It was a bit hard.
Day 2: Most of the excersizes didn’t burn but a few of them did.
YEAH, Cross crunches are hard for the beginners, so instead of trying to break my legs, I do it little crooked, lol and even leg drops are v hard, my legs r not straight, so I do cycling in the air.

Just finished this work out my abs are on fire. Been doing Roberta workouts since beginning this month and trying to reduce how much i eat. I like this one no jumping and floor stays on floor without getting back up every two moves. Lost couple pounds but its only the 20 min every other day.
Yes sometimes feel self contious when others walk in on me.
This is my day 2 15 min workout day for my belly fat and butt and this is very hard on my body my bones are really sore but I’m going to continue to do so I can get the flat stomach I been always wanted 😍💪❤️
Remember to take breaks after a certain amount of days. Soreness shows your body is working itself hard but that soreness could lead to implications if not given the rest it needs. Keep up the good work!

@@vans2760 I would say so. I did the same video 3 times this week and on the fourth day I took a break. It just let's your body rest. Without rest, we could suffer an injury and I'd hate to see you put through that. It's also good for the mind to rest too. But it's OK to replace something with another exercise that's less intense, like a walk. That way you're still exercising but just letting your body relax at the same time because it's going to be less intense.
I've done this for 2 weeks now and my blood pressure is stable 🙏🙏

Hiiiii I’m 17 and even tho I have a slim physique I have been putting on a bit of weight recently hence why I am working out , I aim to do this twice a day with Wednesday being my break day :)
Day 1: first time doing the exercise felt tired throughout and felt burn
Day 1: did it in the evening and felt burn during workouts but not rlly after
Day 2: woke up with aching thighs, my form has improved and felt burn in stomach and legs and dull ache in buttocks
Day 2: legs aching throughout all of today, did workout and got less tired throughout
Day 3: pretty much memorised the whole workout, form has improved so much and can deffo feel burn in stomach and legs when doing workout, legs have been aching so much that it’s hard to bend down
Day 3: was sick today so it was harder to do but I’m proud that I was able to power through , legs still aching

Before I had 63kg I started do this workout. Since 2019 then I got nice shape I wanted i lose weight 55. Then 2022 I got pregnant This year March I got a baby by c section I gain weight 72kg From yesterday I started jogging and am doing this workout again which I trusting 😊
If you can only reduce the rest time for 10 secs in every exercise, and 20 secs for every pace. It is good to apply in all your programs to maintain the energy level. Thanks! 👍
