14 Day No-Jumping Weight Loss Workout Challenge

  • When you need to perform at home exercises to lose weight, it's not really necessary to perform exercises where you need to jump. There are a lot of body-weight exercises you can do to burn fat without the need to jump!
    These exercises are included in this 2-week weight loss challenge and is recommended for more advanced and physically active individuals who are looking for a more intense workout session to replace the gym.
    This workout challenge must be done everyday for the next 14 days so make sure that you're not only willing to do this one time but everyday until you see results! You also need to watch what you eat in order to see better results. Good luck and let's get started!❤️💪

    Since 10 days,I am following Roberta's gym but I was not able to complete the full workout because I used to get tired but today when she said "Workout completed" that feeling was a different feeling! Thank you so much Roberta's gym.❤️

    I absolutely LOVE Roberta's gym I have through all of your workout videos and this on has to be my favorite. I hate workouts when you have get up and down and jump but this was just what I was looking for!! I am going to do this everyday because I need to lose weight and it is so much fun, I feel great after this amazing workout.
    Thank you for putting this on the internet and actually thinking about all the different body types!!!

    Thank you so much for your videos. I went from sedentary (due to sickness) to exercising 5hr per week. Your videos are always fun and I love that there's is no intro/talking like in a lot of other exercising videos. Straight to the point and effective.

    Being a South Indians we can't avoid rice..I just avoid junk oily food and sweets ...

      You should just take a rice put on your plate only 3 spoon then add some meat and vegetables! :)

      I can completely relate. South Indian here who cannot avoid rice, but try to minimise the quantity. Fix to one cup in which u have to segregate some rice for curry, rasam or sambhar and then finally Curd. Plan it in that way and u will definitely loose ur extra weight. All the best 😍👍

      I have been doing Roberta Excersise since last 3 months and I lost 13 kgs over all
      Although I want to lose 10 kgs more to reach my dream goal
      Till then I’ll be doing different Roberta Excersise
      It’s really effective

    This workout is great for beginners!
    I did this workout today together with the flat tummy workout.
    Additionally, I skipped the breaks / did some fast steps in-between exercises.
    Two little Tips for People who are trying this: Do not stop moving when you take a break and focus on your breathing while doing the exercises :)

      @@nyeinlaywinwinwai503 yes ofc!!! Do this 5-6x a week while drinking 2liters of water and eat in a calorie deficit you will be able to loose 1-3 pounds per week even more!

    When I start exercising my belly was 36 now after 5days with 15days intermittent fasting I am 😊😊😊 33 but today I am really hurt for 1thing. 6month ago I had a C-section surgery that's why today I have a little bleeding so I need to stop this exercise for someday but really this is amazing to me. and my mom also trying it. This exercise is really so much effective I have ever seen. I prefer my relatives and friends to try it. Thank you so much Roberta ❤

      @@badakconuda254I was not on any type of restrictive diet. I ate everything just smaller portions and not a lot of sweets. I do not eat after 7pm or before 11 am. It works !!

    Accepted this challenge , will share my progress here
    Day 1 : lasted till 20 minutes , sweating a little , feels good already.
    Day 2 : did the full workout , my body feels really good , there was a bit muscle pain . Overall amazing process

    It is interesting how sometimes we have no idea just how significantly we affect other people. I have a growing channel of my own... but before I could make myself get on camera I had to be ok with how I look. Hate to admit it but yes I care. I've tried diets and workout regimens and quit so many times I lost count. Well... then I found your channel. I love all your workouts. I've stuck with them for months! I've even been motivated to turn a portion of my basement into a gym. Hung a TV in the corner and had friends over and worked out to your videos. Bought a different bikini... felt good for my honeymoon.. started my channel... and firmly believe I'll be like a whole new person as I continue to work out through the winter. I actually look forward to your workouts. When I feel in a funk, I turn your video on because it mentally helps also to blow off steam. Thank you!

    The first day over, hard but not impossible, I weigh 65.7 kg
    Day 1 ✅ 65,7 kg (but I didn't eat healty )
    Day 2 ✅ 65,6 kg (the same without diet)

    Hello everyone ! First of all just love your body no matter what, looks and scales don’t matter as long as you are happy, comfortable and healthy.
    I’m starting a small one month challenge because I’ve been feeling a little bad in my body lately so i want to become healthier and lose some weigh. I’m 76kg (167,55 pounds) and would really like to get to 60-65kg hopefully by the end of the year. Wish me luck ! I’m doing this workout as long as another one of her videos everyday. For the food i’m just stopping sodas, junk food and trying to eat less carbs and more vegetables /protein (nothing too strict). Will keep you updated each week !

      @@BTS143Love I sadly didn't continue this program as I had to move from my old place. I have somehow been on a calorie deficit as long as walking 10k steps everyday for two weeks now, the results are happening slowly but i feel like this is what i actually need. I'm 74kg now

    I don't want to record my progress, I just want to know I did it every day. Plus, I didn't implement any changes to my eating habits (when I did, I grew resentful and gave up)
    Day 1: ✅️ (wasn't that hard)
    Day 2: ✅️ (my whole body was hurting so I didn't do the squats. also got my period)
    Day 3: ✅️ (did half of the squats. my cramps are pretty bad...)
    Day 4: ✅️ (played badminton for half an hour before doing this)
    Day 5: ✅️
    Day 6: ✅️ (lazy afternoon. almost didn't do it but...)

      @@nyeinlaywinwinwai503 I will prefer if you don't have any medical problems in your legs then do cardio workout . This workout is also good but it doesn't have jumping for people like me who have some problem in their legs . If you want to be fit faster do cardio it's best and yes control your diet

    Ok guys. Here's the report. First day it hurts, and I couldn't finish the 2nd set. Next day it hurts again but I finish the whole work out. Third day I am good to go and now I am doing this work out for the last 10 days religiously without fail. It feels so good to see the work out success trophy in the end 💪🙌😇 . Just loving it and feel stronger and motivated each passing day. By the way, I had lost hope and life felt so meaningless after I lost my dearest pet Molly ( Beautiful 7.5 year old Lab) two months ago. And this workout has helped me a lot to gain back all the confidence and look at the brighter side of life. Thank you Roberta. Love from India ❤🌹 🙂

    Im a 13 year old, my height is 152 cm & weight is 63.3 kg, im starting this exercise from 25th June, ill do it for most probably 15 days.
    My goal weight is: 50 Kgs for now 🫶🏻
    Day 1: Done, 63.3Kg
    i also ate junk in the morning, plus no other exercises today.
    Day 2: Done, 63Kg
    I ate some junk, & no other exercises today because I'm busy.

    Challenge done. 14 days are behind me. I'm happy of my progress. I lost 4 cm in my waist, my muscles are toned. Feel happy 😊.

    Hi Roberta it's very useful to me. Am 80 kg I felt overweight not able to anything. After doing this past 10 days . I feel very light..my weight reduced. First 3 days very tough to after that it's good. Now am happy totally weight loss in this 10 days... great
