After three stress and anxiety-filled days, this practice was lovely. I do feel calmer, more present and more relaxed than before I began. I will try and incorporate this more often and during the day as needed. Thank you ❤️🌟.
@@qigongwithkseny The short answer is, yes. I was not so much anxious as curious about this acupressure point. This practice deepened my connection to my inner self (source energy) and brought restoration and therefore peace. This practice may be as useful at preventing anxiety as it is in relieving it. Thanks again!
It worked really well for me. I am going to practice this with my students since we have a bad COVID outbreak right now and my students are very nervous.
