    I needed this 🙏 I wake most nights from anxiety and have trouble getting back to sleep. I do these practices without any guidance and it leaves me unfulfilled. But with your video, the lovely scenery, your soft voice and expert guidance I can feel a connection to the calming love of divine energy. This is my new 3am practice ❤

    I woke up with that anxious energy this morning and this was perfect! It definitely helped me come back into my body and release my restless mind. Am feeling more centered now. Thanks for showing up as you are and teaching for real life!

    Thank you so much. I was wound up and stressed and overwhelmed as my mother's funeral is in two days. When the shaking section stsrted i burst into tears and also in the drawing down the heavens. My body and mind feels purged quite a lot. Thank you so much

    Thank you so much Kseny, this was exactly what I needed after about 5 days of not being able to practice my qigong. Feeling so flat and unmotivated, I did a search a video for a boost of directions and this was awesome.

    Loved this! I was double shaking because I did this practice while standing on my Rumblex 4D but it gave me added energy for the rest of the day! BTW ❤❤❤ those river rocks! I could definitely live in that stream! LoL!
