I enjoyed this relaxing practice, and it's longer one than I normally do; however, the pace was easy to follow, keeping me focused and calm. I felt more calm and space in my lower body: waist, hips legs and feet. I'm looking forward to seeing how I feel once I climb into bed and and sleep. Thank you 😊 💓.
