    I love that this has a bunch of transitions into down dog which always feels like the real awakener for me. I like that my final child’s pose was so much softer than the opening one. My hips thank you.

      Same, my hip flexors don't like child's pose until they've been given a proper work out through lunges and warrior asanas. Love feeling the difference at the end of the video!

    I was never really into the idea of yoga before, but you've got the most soothing voice! It's so nice to feel like what I'm doing is supposed to be relaxing instead of listening to someone ramble about a sponsor or subscribe or something. Just the yoga, and peaceful narration on what I'm supposed to be doing. Great job :)

    Did this all throughout Quarantine and loved it in the morning to get me going when I had no school and no work. Stopped for a bit and finally getting back into Yoga after a hard school year back. Love doing this easy but challenging yoga before school everyday now!

    THANK YOU! I have been a sports performance professional for over 20 years. PhD in human movement/biomechanics. I have helped Olympians become more physically ready for four Olympic games across 31 sports who won over 21 medals. I qualify my experience because I have TRIED to practice yoga for many years. I have tried to get athletes to incorporate yoga as part of their restoration and resiliency training. I have lived in four countries and travel through 40 others. I have never found a yoga professional (yogi) let alone a yoga product that is so practical and pragmatic. Your verbal cueing is perfect. The length of your sessions varies and are accommodating for all. I found your channel as Iooked to once again add Yoga to my daily physical readiness program. I am excited to stay this one is going to stick and I will be recommending this channel and your product to as many athletes and individuals that I can. Thank you for sharing your passion with the world.

      I am a beginner in yoga. I'm 55. In my young life I was a gymnast and for my age and fitness level, fairly limber. Sometimes when you say that we should feel the muscles pulling in certain places, I don't feel it there. Is that normal or am I doing the move incorrectly?

      @@debbiebarrett1444 maybe not stretching the muscle enough? You might want to gradually expand your range of motion because whenever I do that, I feel the tension and I think that’s what she was pertaining to when she says the muscles pulling. I recommend a working out in front of a mirror, maybe that would help you? I don’t have one and yoga is more for my mind so I close my eyes while doing it almost all throughout the video. 😊

    I have been practicing yoga with Sarabeth since 2017 after I had my first baby and been practicing almost everyday with her. Now I just had my 2nd baby and starting yoga again. Her voice is so soothing that my baby falls asleep almost every time 5 min in, allowing me to actually do yoga. We found our routine :)

    This video is one of my favourites, the background music, the flow, I always end up feeling happier after doing it. It makes me smile as mid way Sara says, "you didn't see that one coming" and I reply in my mind, oh I did! 😅after dozens of times running the sequence.     I won't lie. This was super hard. I broke my ankle quite severely 6 months ago and gained over a stone in recovery. Your yoga is great because you cater to all levels. I couldn't go to physio because of the pandemic so I started yoga and your channel is the best! I'm not a doctor but I know that if it wasn't for your channel and your yoga I wouldn't have as much movement in my ankle as I do now. so thank you!

Something about it really gives me the feeling that my spine is inline, I have better posture, I have more flexibility, and (I know this sounds silly) I feel happier plus I seem to be more at ease with my energy.     I'm not even kidding you...this is the best, most effective morning yoga practice I've ever done. I suffer from fibromyalgia, chronic inflammation and hypothyroidism and some mornings (especially in the snow or rain) or absolutely brutal. Getting moving is a struggle but yesterday I did this 15 minutes and I felt an immediate relief. I've never felt such a noticeable, immediate effect like this from any practice or any medication. I went from calling in sick to picking up more work in a matter of minutes. THANK YOU

    I’ve been doing yoga for 23 years and I’ve never done it every day or more than 3 times per week much less for seven days straight until I did Sarabeth’s seven day challenge and just kept going so now I’ve done 14 days in a row and plan to continue. Love having my little “yoga dates” with Sarah Beth every day for 15-20 minutes - she’s awesome and so beautiful too!😄

    I love SarahBeth's teaching approach; challenging, encouraging, and witty. She's helped me to regain my confidence in my body's ability to develop endurance. I had been doing Yoga for years but couldn't do the downward-facing dog, the plank, and the crescent moon properly until I came across her work. It feels like learning Yoga from a friend!

    At my counselor's suggestion I started yoga two weeks ago with the 10 minute beginner morning video. Yesterday I tried a 15 minute program, didn't like it, then came across this video.     Hehe! I chuckled when I heard the "bet you didn't see that one coming, did you?". I can tell from the videos that you have a great sense of humour 😄. I almost where I can reach both hands back now and rest on my heels in camel pose (with my toes into the mat of course 😉) . Almost.. I can reach my right heel and then put my left hand on my left wrist. So close now, I have been working on that for a long time 😊😊. Thanks for the video, awesome as always! 🌻🌻

    Coming back to these after 3 years of a health/fitness journey is so heartwarming.     Easily my favourite morning yoga routine. I loved how you reminded us the transitions are just as important and to take our time with each movement. I feel amazing after this routine. My only constructive feedback is I wish there was savasna at the end and a little meditation to set an intention for the day, but nonetheless this was amazing. Thank you!
