      Sarah! Thank you for the sunflowers! I do have a quick suggestion. I have sensitive knees on my knee caps (thanks dance!) so it can be painful to even transition to child's pose if I roll through the knee caps. Do you have a good flow for people with knee issues? Thanks again!

    When you whispered 'Just let it go' during the restorative part at the end, my eyes welled up with tears when I realized I could let go of my anxious thoughts for that moment. Thank you, Sarah Beth for helping us take care of ourselves in ways so much more than just physical.

      Same here!!! Even before when doing the poses, I feel emotions being released and myself being in unity with myself. I am so grateful to have found this, it absolutely changes me, I have done so much breathwork and intense performance breathing, this is such a blessing, to learn how to let go, I cannot describe what I am feeling, and what I have been through that makes me feel this deep gratitude, priceless, thank you so much Sarah.     I suppose if I must declare a favorite part, I'd name the "sunflower", but that may be because it was new. Besides, as a retired elementary Spanish teacher, I love the word "sunflower", which is "girasol". "Gira" means "turn" and "sol", of course, means "sun". So the word itself talks about the gyration of the sunflower to follow the sun throughout the day, which is also suggested in the movement you shared with us. More than you wanted to know, but aren't words fun?

    I just love your yoga classes - you are a truly gifted teacher. One thing I am noticing as I go deeper into the practice is the background music - I'm finding it distracting and sometimes louder than your soothing voice. I don't want this to come off as a critical comment , just a critique. Thank you for offering your time to all of us!

    Sunflowers!!! I have to move a little slower due to a right side sunflower sore muscle but that stretch feels so much better when doing the sunflower... new favorite movement!!!!

    Such a relaxing session! Was doing this in my garage but got cold so turned the truck on to get some heat and by the end of the session I could really feel my mind just becoming blank from relaxation. My wife even had to wake me up 20 minutes after the video ended!

    I really enjoyed the quicker pacing from the start to wake your body, then slowly focusing more and more on your breath, where finally we allow our bodies to remember what truly resting is. This was really great as a cool down for my working out

    This is one of my fave morning routines. I love a good savasana,, even in the morning. It really helps my low back to do 15 or 20 minutes before I start my day! Thank you Sarah Beth for making yoga so accessible. It's changed my relationship with yoga for the better!

    My back is so grateful for that class! I feel like I have grown taller (which I can surely use since I can't reach the top shelf in the supermarket.. 😅). My favourite 🌻🌻 is back! I also love the savasana where you are guiding us into relaxation. So much easier to relax when you make me aware that I am tense around my eyes and jaw. (This is my third attempt to this comment without flooding it with emotions. I think I did okay now 😉..)

    I really love Sarah Beth, her videos are nothing but pure mindfulness. I started doing one of her 30 minute practices for flexibility at the beginning of lockdown and I got really in touch with my body. I started going for runs everyday and lifting weights 3 times a week. My body has never been in better condition and it's all because of the mind set I got from Sarah Beth. I did this routine to ease out some soreness from the gym, and I can 100% say she will always be my go-to gal xx

    SarahBeth, I must say that I have so much relief from this stretch routine. I was in constant hip pain from scoliosis, I was seeing a chiropractor and physiotherapist almost weekly. At the beginning I could barely move on the left side while in the sunflower stretch. Today, I had almost the same movement on both left & right. I have been looking for a routine that would help & THIS IS IT :) Thank you so much

    My favorite part was the few poses I never heard of that I LOVED!!! I just started a new workout routine where I listen to my body to determine what I need. Today I needed a full body stretch because my muscles felt a little stiff and sore this morning but I didnt have a lot of time. This was the best under 20 min yoga class I have ever had!!     I started a new workout program yesterday and I woke up so SORE and STIFF!!! I usually don’t do yoga and I know I should do it more often. I say this because these videos are easy for beginners who are learning yoga. VERY BEGINNER FRIENDLY and will help you stretch and strengthen your body. ❤️

    Of 15 minutes videos, this is by far my favorite. I start with one of the 10 minutes upper body stretch, follow with the "Yoga for digestion" and finishing with this one because it's great to finish with your "just let go" in a Shavasana.
    I am so grateful I've found your channel this year. THANK YOU

    Feeling happy after ending with your Yoga Stretch Sara Beth! That is a PLUS for me with fibromyalgia and all the other disabilities I have!! :-) I did a 15 min mile walk youtube video, then 10 min pilates and a 9 min yoga/barre and then ending with the BEST! ......YOU!
