Besides, as a retired elementary Spanish teacher, I love the word "sunflower", which is "girasol". "Gira" means "turn" and "sol", of course, means "sun". So the word itself talks about the gyration of the sunflower to follow the sun throughout the day, which is also suggested in the movement you shared with us. More than you wanted to know, but aren't words fun?

Sunflowers!!! I have to move a little slower due to a right side sunflower sore muscle but that stretch feels so much better when doing the sunflower... new favorite movement!!!!

Such a relaxing session! Was doing this in my garage but got cold so turned the truck on to get some heat and by the end of the session I could really feel my mind just becoming blank from relaxation. My wife even had to wake me up 20 minutes after the video ended!

Back was so tight after a busy,hectic,manic 12 hour shift on a NHS surgical ward. After 15 minute session with Sarah Beth feel ease and warmth in tight lower back muscles - amazing
as a mama whose been doing a lot of baby carrying and wearing, i needed something gentle (and brief!) but effective to bring some relief to my sore back. This was great. Thank you!
I really enjoyed the quicker pacing from the start to wake your body, then slowly focusing more and more on your breath, where finally we allow our bodies to remember what truly resting is. This was really great as a cool down for my working out

I really love Sarah Beth, her videos are nothing but pure mindfulness. I started doing one of her 30 minute practices for flexibility at the beginning of lockdown and I got really in touch with my body. I started going for runs everyday and lifting weights 3 times a week. My body has never been in better condition and it's all because of the mind set I got from Sarah Beth. I did this routine to ease out some soreness from the gym, and I can 100% say she will always be my go-to gal xx

SarahBeth, I must say that I have so much relief from this stretch routine. I was in constant hip pain from scoliosis, I was seeing a chiropractor and physiotherapist almost weekly. At the beginning I could barely move on the left side while in the sunflower stretch. Today, I had almost the same movement on both left & right. I have been looking for a routine that would help & THIS IS IT :) Thank you so much
