    I do eat a lot of green leafy vegetables and I have never had a problem, as a matter of fact, I now reside in a farming community and no one has had any issues with them.

    I had terrible urinary tract infections over and over almost weekly for about 6 months, took ages for anyone sensible to tell me it was oxalate from the spinach, dark chocolate and almond butter I was eating. I’ve cut those foods out and it stopped hurting every time I pee, I’ve not had an infection now for more than 2 years!

    Oxcilate = Bad news. I kept telling the doctor, I can't pee. I think my prostrate must be enlarged, but I don't have one. Finally figured out it was Oxcilates from all the Almonds I ate. Ive seen exrays of joints with bad oxcilate imbededness. And even someone had what looked like glass come out of their eyes, but it was oxcilates. ....

    I pour hot water on oatmeal flakes with Chia seeds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds,dried mulberries, almonds, Let some dark chocolate unsweetened melt into the bowl and then I top it off with a little bit of xylitol to sweeten it up, does that sound good or no?

    I would be very happy to see a video of yours about Inositol. There is still very little information available about this supplement on UA-cam. I am using it and it seems to be helping my sleep both in duration and quality. However, I would like to know the safety profile of this supplement and the correct dosage. Thanks!

    Its strange if we need that much when there's so little in foods.... Out ancestors must have gotten enough in a much easier way...
    I'm not sure the amounts where that big in water either..

    Да все орехи вкусные,НО кто знает как их перевозили и хранили, где и как? Не верю в витамины и минералы в орехах и не только. С нашими бизнесменами, получить хороший продукт- шансов мало.

    Ok, why the fuck are you mixing metric and imperial units? Either use mg or ounce, but mg in ounce is just confusing. Chiaseeds are 180mg in 30g or 0,6mg of Mg per 1g. 😂

    Mg supplements give me swelling feet and I just can not take them.,,,
