25 minute Upper Body Cardio Flow

  • Let's get moving! This fast-paced flow is designed to get you out of your head and into your body, as you get your heart rate up. We'll warm up with Sun Salutation A and spice up our Sun Salutation B variation with plank work, followed by a warrior flow. Show up as you are and work it out on your mat as we move through crescent lunge hop-ups, mountain climbers, lunge hop switches, side planks + more.

    yay! I totally looove your cardio flows! Such a perfect mix if you want to do a yoga sequence but need to get a little sweat in as well
