started the live today (Saturday 5/23/20) 7 minutes later than everyone else...i woke up 12:05pm EST and as soon as my husband said what time it is, i JUMPED out of bed, ran upstairs, and rewound started the live from its beginning. i was disappointed that i didnt wake up and do my morning workout and then start the live on time as i always have, but i didn't let it stop me from doing it anyway, and i am now going to find another short cardio/full body workout of rebecca's to do before hopping in the shower and then finally enjoying a watermelon, banana, peanut butter, cinnamon, and almond milk smoothie :D thank you for the live and cool-down video rebecca! and for whichever one of your vids i'm about to do now :) #icanfeeltheburnrebecca

Hi Rebecca, I've been following you for years and I have also paid subscription in your app but I will unsubscribe just because the warm ups and cool downs in the 30 min videos are so short I feel it's not enough. Not a criticism, just an ask, please please could you do more warm up/cool down videos there or here on UA-cam :) thanks

Seriously what an amazing cool down! I showed up today! I did the 10 minutes warm up, the beginner cardio workout and the 10 minute cool down that I just watched! I absolutely feel great!
