I have been doing this arm exercise (not including her yoga, pilates workout) for roughly 3 months and my arms slim down from 13.5 inches to 11 inches and it looks a lot tonner.
@@ladymom1958 im not too sure if this help losing arm fat but my arms are smaller and look a lot toner than when I first started. I can even noticed from my old photos to recent ones.
Dina Moriello No, they won't. Unless you're on a diet to lose weight. They will help tone your arms. It's impossible to 'target' fat. If you want to lose fat, you need to be in caloric deficit and fat comes off everywhere, all over your body. You can't simply attempt to reduce fat in a specific area. Muscle is a completely different tissue to fat.
Never knew 5 minutes can last so long as I got to find out the first few days. However I didn't give up, almost 3 weeks into it now and can't let a day without it, even starting to see some results. Its also this woman's vibe...she inspires such a good energy!
yes, it DOES work very well! I'm doing this for like a month and everyone (ofc including me) already sees that my arms are toned!! I was looking for this kind of comments as well, but I didn't find any so I just did this and I'm so happy that I decided to give it a go!!🥰
This is one of those workouts you watch and think “that doesn’t look hard at all”...and you then you actually do it and boy oh boy do the arms start burning!!

I don't know about slimming the arms, However it definitely works! I started doing this video 3x/week at the beginning of March.. I had very skinny arms and now I definitely see muscle. I absolutely love it. You have to keep at it though!
Hi, I just wanted to say that today is the first time I've done this whole workout without any breaks or "cheating". It took me quite a long time bc my arms are one of my weakest muscles and I'm quite insecure about them. So well said! I look at exercise as "pampering" myself because I am doing it for myself and no one else. Now that I am 68 and have a history of multiple joint and muscle injuries, I appreciate your encouragement and very grateful that I am still mobile.
Omg this was my first day......definitely in pain after doing this workout....i didn't stop and kept doing it till the end ..wanted to give up and take a little break but I kept thinking abt my goal and yessss I did the whole 5 min workout without dropping my arms .....so guys if I can do it you all can do it too!!! As a lazy person who doesn’t wanna do more then 5 min arm workout this is literally perfect I do it after my weight lifting session or when m bored and definitely feeling the arms getting small love it!!
This is the most intense arm workout I have ever done and I wanted to stop during the middle but I stayed strong and did the whole workout!! I’m definitely going to do this workout more often, I love it!
I finished the entire 5 mins today without dropping, took me a whole week! I feel so accomplished. I thought how hard can it be for 5 minutes, But man it's intense! I can feel my strength building each day. her voice is just so soothing and reassuring too. Like she says, 'Don't give up!' I can feel my arms tightening, I've been doing this after a prenatal yoga stretch. feels so good to push yourself!!
As an office worker and someone who also partakes in art as a hobby, this has SAVED my shoulders after only 2 weeks of doing this. My shoulder pain has lowered so much and I haven’t gotten a tension headache in over a week. I do this almost every day now either in the morning or after lunch and it makes me feel great. Like you I’m an office worker, type a lot so after so many years the wrists suffer. I have been doing these exercises close to a month and I’ve seen a huge improvement. I try and do these once a day at least and periodically twice a day.

I love these short workouts. Sometimes I do 2 15-20 minute strengthening vid's, other times, I do Wendy Ida's 3-5 min vid's during commercial breaks thru out the day or a few 10 min target vid's. If I'm energetic, I may do 2 options, but not all 3. I'm 68.
This is my absolute FAVORITE arm workout video of all time! I’ve been doing it on and off for a couple of years now. I’ve occasionally tried others, but always come back to this one. Short and super effective. I try to do it at least twice each day and occasionally add in light weights for an extra challenge. Thank you❤
Just did this workout for the first time. I love how I can do it anywhere even sitting on my couch (which is what I've been looking for). You can definitely feel the burn. Can't wait to see my results.
Annie T I didn't have that many arm muscles and now I have mainly the triceps and the outer arm muscles which feel stronger and generally you can feel that there are more muscles
This is my favorite of all the 5 min workouts. It goes by quicker somehow & the burn is serious but comes and goes at the right time. Hard to explain but I can tell this is one powerful workout & is gonna really work.

I am about 2 1/2 weeks in. I do rotate this 5 minute arm workout with 2 other 5 minute arm workouts by Boho Beautiful. I have only taken 1 day off since I started. I can tell that my arms are getting stronger. I am a massage therapist and my regular clients can tell that I am getting stronger too and they like it! I made a decision this week to kick the Depression and resistance by the Full 🌕 Moon of this weekend. Starting again today. Did two videos. I have to do this if I want to be healthy. I know I’m late but just wanted to say Ive been doing this short workout a couple times a week or so and OMG there’s such an improvement in my back muscle tone and arm strength ..thank you SO much for this ..I use it to supplement my other workouts and it’s just perfect ❤
I have done this on and off for a long time, never finishing. Getting a little further each time, then not doing it for months and starting back with only being able to do a few minutes. Today, I finished for the first time. Probably not so big a deal to many, but really huge for me:)

I carry a lot of weight in my arms, an odd amount for the rest of my body...I have done about every arm workout on YT, and did not get much result. I could tell a difference the very first time I did this one- it IS magical!!! Thank you for this!
Dont do these. Fake influencers trying to get views. To tone your arms you need to resistance training paired with a calorie deficit (to lose fat ir weight). Not these weird movements that just make you tired and don’t do anything.
@@meenaksi1082 this workout doesn’t tone your arms or build muscle. Other than strain them which makes tired. To tone your arms you need lose weight and do proper resistance training to tone arms. Its only people who have no knowledge of excersizing that do these.
@@meenaksi1082 pilates is for muscle mind connection, core stability and a possibility to develop the smaller muscles. For me it would be good to aid my weight training. This stuff would only help to burn some calories and maybe improve cardiovascular fitness. But why do this when there are better forms of training for cardio. This wont help to maintain muscles when losing fat. They simply arent effective. Bc first of all. You cant build muscles when losing fat. These excersizes are definitely not the best for toning
These people saying they got smaller arms from doing these make no sense bc these excersizes don’t help that much for losing fat. Basically doing these everyday in itself won’t make you lose fat. Especially saying that doing an arm excersizes will spot-reduce fat in that area. Which is impossible. I hate these influencers doing these spot-reduce fat excersizes just get views for their bs

Would love a leg workout which includes thinner calves. I'm right there with you, Camilla. I once called in to a show which had a personal trainer on it and he was stumped for what I could do to slim my muscular calves. lol

I wish I knew this channel sooner. I've done this arm workout almost every day for about 3 weeks and I already lost 1.5-2cm of my arm. This workout is a little tough on the first try but I nailed it from my 3rd day or something. And I am a beginner so let's keep it up guys you won't regretttttttttttttttttttttttt !!!!!!!!!

I used to do this everyday during lockdown and now I’m starting again. I am feeling so proud of myself that there was a time when I did this workout without dropping my arms.
@@MarsLos10 no, not really. I didn't knew much about fitness back then and I was only insecure about my bulky arms😂 so I just did arm workouts. If you want to loose weight then do cardio or full body exercises along with this targeted exercise. Also, I started weight lifting a couple of months ago and I am noticing some toning and shaping going on. Hope this answered your question.

Ok ,guys, so...I decided to do this workout for 5 weeks every day and we will see if there will be any changes (I hope it will 🤞😊). I know that's a long time ,but I have reasons 🙂... Ok ,so I will post updates every day ,so keep waiting! My arms before the challange: 26 cm 😁 1 week ✅ 2 week ✅ 3 week ✅ 4 week ✅ 5 week ✅ Soo.... I don't know why but my measurments didn't change ,but my arms muscles are bigger and I can see the line of my muscles. Actually I'm satisfied with the results ,because my arms got stronger ,at first I didn't manage to do all the workout without relieving my arms ,now I can do all the way through and it's easy. 🙂 Don't get my wrong - if my measurments didn's change it doesnt mean that yours wont chage ,because everybody is diferend. 😊 Anyway ,I'm happy that I did all of this ☺🥳
Amazing. I’ve tried for years so many weight exercises and other arm workouts, this so far is an incredible inner arm workout! I actually could see my inner arm fat firming up in minutes and this is my first time doing this workout. I’m sold! Now, if you could do one to firm and tone the back of arms, it would be perfect!!!

Ill keep updating this. Like to remind me. Started: May 2: ✔️ - Its like I’ve lost control of my arms, they feel heavy and sore. And I wanted to cry. May 3: ✔️ - My arms felt sore throughout the whole day. It feels more sore now that ive finished exercising. Its still the second day but I’ve noticed my arm isn’t like ‘plumy?’. It’s firm. And that’s it for today. May 4: ✔️ - I haven’t noticed any changes yet. Except for the fact that i think im getting muscles lmao. But it hurts less to exercise right now. My arms gotten used to the exercise. I’ll a minute break then do it again. -- I did it again. And yeup. There’s the burn. May 5: ✔️ Done. Did one round. Still felt the burn. No changes. May 6: ✔️ Done. No changes cause i don’t know...did another set five hours later since i had nothing else to do. May 7: ✔️ Done. Felt the burn. Did one set. Honestly I don’t see any changes. I’ll update you tomorrow. Laters... decided to do another one an hour later cause someone gave me a reason to feel bad about myself. Done for real this time. See you laters. May 8: ✖️ May 9: ✔️ Done. May 10: ✖️ May 11: ✔️ Done. Im starting to see some tiny, wee, very small changes on my right arm. May 12 : ✖ May 13 : ✔ done. definitely can see some changes on my right arm. It's not much but it's better than nothing... I did it again an hour later since i had free time. May 14 : ✔️ done... So i should have measured my arm before this but yeah. Left : 11.5 inches . Right : 11 inches May 15: ✔️ done. May 16 : ✖️ May : 17 : ✔️ done.

@@cipiripi7029 I did it 3-4 times a week! It's important not to push too hard the first few weeks and give your arms rest days as well :)

I love these short workouts. Sometimes I do 2 15-20 minute strengthening vid's, other times, I do Wendy Ida's 3-5 min vid's during commercial breaks thru out the day or a few 10 min target vid's. If I'm energetic, I may do 2 options, but not all 3. I'm 68.
This is my absolute FAVORITE arm workout video of all time! I’ve been doing it on and off for a couple of years now. I’ve occasionally tried others, but always come back to this one. Short and super effective. I try to do it at least twice each day and occasionally add in light weights for an extra challenge. Thank you❤
Just did this workout for the first time. I love how I can do it anywhere even sitting on my couch (which is what I've been looking for). You can definitely feel the burn. Can't wait to see my results.

This is my favorite of all the 5 min workouts. It goes by quicker somehow & the burn is serious but comes and goes at the right time. Hard to explain but I can tell this is one powerful workout & is gonna really work.

I am about 2 1/2 weeks in. I do rotate this 5 minute arm workout with 2 other 5 minute arm workouts by Boho Beautiful. I have only taken 1 day off since I started. I can tell that my arms are getting stronger. I am a massage therapist and my regular clients can tell that I am getting stronger too and they like it! I made a decision this week to kick the Depression and resistance by the Full 🌕 Moon of this weekend. Starting again today. Did two videos. I have to do this if I want to be healthy. I have done this on and off for a long time, never finishing. Getting a little further each time, then not doing it for months and starting back with only being able to do a few minutes. Today, I finished for the first time. Probably not so big a deal to many, but really huge for me:)

I carry a lot of weight in my arms, an odd amount for the rest of my body...I have done about every arm workout on YT, and did not get much result. I could tell a difference the very first time I did this one- it IS magical!!! Thank you for this!
Dont do these. Fake influencers trying to get views. To tone your arms you need to resistance training paired with a calorie deficit (to lose fat ir weight). Not these weird movements that just make you tired and don’t do anything.

@@meenaksi1082 this workout doesn’t tone your arms or build muscle. Other than strain them which makes tired. To tone your arms you need lose weight and do proper resistance training to tone arms. Its only people who have no knowledge of excersizing that do these.
@@meenaksi1082 pilates is for muscle mind connection, core stability and a possibility to develop the smaller muscles. For me it would be good to aid my weight training. This stuff would only help to burn some calories and maybe improve cardiovascular fitness. But why do this when there are better forms of training for cardio. This wont help to maintain muscles when losing fat. They simply arent effective. Bc first of all. You cant build muscles when losing fat. These excersizes are definitely not the best for toning
These people saying they got smaller arms from doing these make no sense bc these excersizes don’t help that much for losing fat. Basically doing these everyday in itself won’t make you lose fat. Especially saying that doing an arm excersizes will spot-reduce fat in that area. Which is impossible. I hate these influencers doing these spot-reduce fat excersizes just get views for their bs

Try April Han's leg workout. It helped me a lot. Lost a couple of inches in just a week. No kidding. Feels like a miracle.

This workout is a little tough on the first try but I nailed it from my 3rd day or something.

Soo good on the shoulders and back aches, dropped hands twice last week but did the whole thing without breaks today. Effective already!
I used to do this everyday during lockdown and now I’m starting again. I am feeling so proud of myself that there was a time when I did this workout without dropping my arms.

I didn't knew much about fitness back then and I was only insecure about my bulky arms😂 so I just did arm workouts. If you want to loose weight then do cardio or full body exercises along with this targeted exercise. Also, I started weight lifting a couple of months ago and I am noticing some toning and shaping going on. Hope this answered your question.
*in conclusion, doing this exercise ALONE won't get you anywhere😂
@@Shrraddha__ thanks for the reply! I randomly found this video, and I gave it a try. I'm not fit but also not too weak, so I managed to do this workout twice, with a 5 mins break in between. My arms were burning, but yeah I am now considering adding it to my main workout as an extension:)

Absolutely, follow this along with the rest of your exercises. Btw, just like this arm extension, you can also add a core extension...a 10 minute core workout perhaps.

Soo.... I don't know why but my measurments didn't change ,but my arms muscles are bigger and I can see the line of my muscles. Actually I'm satisfied with the results ,because my arms got stronger ,at first I didn't manage to do all the workout without relieving my arms ,now I can do all the way through and it's easy. 🙂 Don't get my wrong - if my measurments didn's change it doesnt mean that yours wont chage ,because everybody is diferend. 😊 Anyway ,I'm happy that I did all of this ☺🥳

Amazing. I’ve tried for years so many weight exercises and other arm workouts, this so far is an incredible inner arm workout! I actually could see my inner arm fat firming up in minutes and this is my first time doing this workout. I’m sold! Now, if you could do one to firm and tone the back of arms, it would be perfect!!!

Started: May 2: ✔️ - Its like I’ve lost control of my arms, they feel heavy and sore. And I wanted to cry.
May 3: ✔️ - My arms felt sore throughout the whole day. It feels more sore now that ive finished exercising. Its still the second day but I’ve noticed my arm isn’t like ‘plumy?’. It’s firm. And that’s it for today.
May 4: ✔️ - I haven’t noticed any changes yet. Except for the fact that i think im getting muscles lmao. But it hurts less to exercise right now. My arms gotten used to the exercise. I’ll a minute break then do it again. -- I did it again. And yeup. There’s the burn.
May 5: ✔️ Done. Did one round. Still felt the burn. No changes.
May 6: ✔️ Done. No changes cause i don’t know...did another set five hours later since i had nothing else to do.
May 7: ✔️ Done. Felt the burn. Did one set. Honestly I don’t see any changes. I’ll update you tomorrow. Laters... decided to do another one an hour later cause someone gave me a reason to feel bad about myself. Done for real this time. See you laters.
