    Rebecca-Louise, you are the best coach ever! I am 47 years old and have run 30 marathons. I have run whole life and never done body work. I have a stroke (due to stress) and not write well. I commit to doing our videos for two months (for a start). I love the videos that focus on the arms and advanced abs. The way you focus I’m telling how did you each posture is very very helpful.     I used 2 10 lb dumbells and a 20lb for the overhead lifts. I definitely feel the burn! Great workout!

    I did your full body workout and I was done for the day . . . or so I thought, but I came across this great video and I had to do it!! Now, I am truly done for the day.     Truly excellent toning routine...I normally use 10lb weights (for bicep curls, etc.) or 20lb weights (for chest presses, etc.) but for this toning routine, 5lb weights were plenty effective! Nicely done!!

    My little nieces fondly call them the "Jiggaly-jiggalies" or grandma's jello arms. Grandma passed away but we still call em "Jiggaly-jiggalies" in her "honor" for affectionate fun. Love the workouts! Love working out with Rebecca since her XHIIT years. Fun and motivational! Yey! So great to see you have your own channel now. Congrats! Hope to actually meet you someday when traveling is much safer again.

    First off all thanks a lot ,I'm 13 I can do 12reps of 5kg dumbbell in my right hand ,but Im struggling to do 5 rep in my left hand I think your 2nd exercise will help me to make my left arm strong.thanks 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    I love seeing short, effective workouts like this! My #1 excuse for not working out is that I "don't have to time," but pretty much anyone can find a spare ten minutes in their day! I always remind myself that working out will be worth it because I've never once regretted a workout by the time I'm done!

    don't think i've done this one before doing it this morning --- #icanfeeltheburnrebecca !!!! :D could not handle the two 10lb kettlebells for the overhead triceps though - had to switch to dumbbells (10lbs each still though). loved this one!!!

    Looks like I gotta use 2 cans of soup for now,lol. The inside upper arm skin sag I just noticed it today! Was shocked how age creeps up...then BAM. Aging can be very unpleasant tho it's inevitable

    Hi Rebecca-Louise, I have a problem that seems to have developed last 2 years. I'm still fairly slim, UK 8, but I have absolutely no muscle tone anywhere on my body & an even amount of fat in places over my body. I'm probably skinny fat, if that exists. I'm only 30 years old, but recently noticed elbow wrinkles that that weren't here 2 years ago. I wasn't someone during lockdown who used the extra time at home to exercise. Anyway, the wrinkles don't show very much when I put my arms straight up but when they are hanging loosely at my side they show more then. I think it could be because the fat at the top of my arms is falling down with gravity and I've no muscle on my arms to help. Do you think this is true, and should I lose a bit of weight and do some arm exercises like these ones in your video? Thanks

      I usually film with around 3-5kg I personally go heavier, it all depends on what weight you are currently using, you definitely want to ease into it
