@Delphinia Dare my only advice with Chloe workouts are to add some dumbbells if you can on certain workouts. I just finished the 8 week shred and inches came off of my thighs and lower back but the last two weeks with weights... results would have been banging for the whole 8 weeks. At least for me
I think after struggling through the rest of my workout just now, finding this video by someone who looks like me with a similar body type and such a soothing voice was just what I needed to push through the cooldown rather than flopping down immediately on the bed lmao. Thank you for this
i didn’t want to do a cool down stretch cause i was too exhausted but 20 minutes later i realized standing back up from my bed my body was stiff as a board so i decided to do a quick stretch and thank you!! i feel so much better now!!
in other words : cross body arm stretch R/L overhead tricep stretch R/L arm-wall chest stretch R/L foot to butt quad stretch R/L hands to feet hamstring stretch (legs apart) hands to feet hamstring stretch (legs together) in/exhale in cobra (up/down) downward dog child's pose
Great stretch! I like that there's enough time to really stretch each muscle. Also caught that flip it and reverse it, it made my husband and I laugh :D

This is may favourite cool down yet, everything is doable and not too much for a beginner! I think I will add a neck stretch to the beginning, and cat and cow at the end, as I struggle with my neck and back more than anything :)

thank you for such a true to the title cooldown stretch! every other “5 minute cooldown stretch” is 7, 8 minutes and it’s annoying if it’s something you’re doing in a hurry. your video is easy to follow and to the point! saving it for my next workout!
