- Join in for a 4 minute COOL DOWN STRETCH ROUTINE to complete after your workout. Intervals will be 30 seconds per move for 8 movements total. For some of the movements I'll provide 2 different options so you can choose your own adventure! We will slowly cool down after your workout with some gentle stretches to help with muscle recovery. Loved this but while I was doing the child pose stretch my ragdoll kitty decided to sit on one of my hands in an attempt to get me to pet her 😂

I really enjoy your workouts. I like how you have a huge variety of short duration exercise sessions that incorporate all the different muscle groups. You have a pleasant encouraging way. I tried quite a few of other instructor's series and prefer yours. I often wake up around 5:30 am thinking too much so I decided to start working my arms out just next to my bed for ten minutes each day. Now I have been increasing the time and the variety of muscle groups and in less than a month I am seeing an improvement. We went on an Alaskan cruise for two weeks and I really missed being able to workout and I got right back into it. Thank you!

Hi Mik! Thanks for the nice cool down. I have a request. Can you make some set based workouts? I’m at a point in my fitness journey where I feel like I don’t get as much out of no-repeat workouts. Set based workouts have been more beneficial to my progress lately. Would love to see some of those on your channel!
