Discover Bucharest Romania
Without a doubt, Bucharest, Romania is underrated as a vacation destination. You can explore a European capital, complete with history, beauty and charm, for half the price of Paris or London.
Let me show you the Bucharest that I found, while spending three weeks in exploration. After watching this video, you will be ready to reserve an Airbnb and book a flight!

Having retired in 2023, I now travel full-time, seeing places all around the world. My idea for UA-cam is to make the videos more about the places and people along the way, than about me. I hope that the experience for you is both entertaining and educational. Perhaps you will come away from my channel with ideas about places you would like to visit or be inspired to forge your own way.
I travel slowly, spending four or five weeks in each destination. Hopefully, that will allow me to go beyond the surface to find the essence of each location. By the end of 2024, I will have visited 14 countries and five of the seven continents. Come along for the journey!

Dublin, Ireland: The Best City on the Planet?

There are very few cities in the entire world that are a more desirable destination than Dublin, Ireland. When I began full-time travel just about a year ago, my first international stop was Dublin. I didn't spend much time there then, but in a return trip this year, I set out to see the best places to visit. Over two days, I identified about thirty places in the city centre that are among the ...

Nicely done video. Nobody in these travel videos mentions how much Albanaians love to sit outside on terraces. And that many of them smoke. Which partially ruins the experience for non-smokers. It's almost impossible to find a nice place to sit outside without someone near you lighting up and polluting the air for everyone else.

I am visiting SMA the last week of October of this year. I was debating if staying 2 days or 3 days. Is 2 days enough time to visit and see everything there? I go to Querétaro after SMA but my original plan was to be in QUE for only one day because my plane leave from there but I can add one day there and one day less in SMA. Any suggestions of what I should do.

Great video!!! I haven’t been to Peru in years… now, I wanna go back soon. Just a couple of observations: your first dish wasn’t a chaufa, it was “arroz con mariscos” and it comes from the Spanish heritage. Very close to a Spanish paella. Second: the picarones aren’t served with honey but with a sugar cane syrup, called “chancaca”.
