Yep, I call it my morning “tidy”. I kinda walk around and start doing just little tasks, and it’s hella helpful. Except this morning I ended up in my phone and am writing this now lol. But at least the kitty litter is done and my bed is made! 🙌🏼
So the crazy making part about this, is that I'm often disregulated in BOTH directions at the same time. My autistic brain is burned out and my adhd is bored-out and trying to find JUST the right stimulation/sensory deprivation to HEAL is the friggin goldilocks story.
Don't do yoga it's spiritually very unhealthy for you.

Hey, there. I’m a Canadian amateur mixed martial artist, mediocre guitarist, a little bit majestic and autistic to the max. A.S.D, yeah. I mean I’m really really good at quite a few things in life and probably because of it, but at the same time this blessing is most definitely a curse. You bring me hope, my friend. Thank you for being who you are and helping people just like us. The world is a better place because of you (even if it’s in small ways).

Needing to watch this a second time after last night :( I was wide awake tossing and turning all night, didn’t fall asleep until like 5am. I don’t think I had enough physical stimulation as I stayed in doing nothing wanting to relax

If you’re autism is showing, you should never stop it if it’s like a serious situation where you want to you got annoyed by somebody in your life you don’t have any patience and you want to hit them. Yes, you should stop showing that and leave the conversation, but you should never stop showing in a conversation like that always show your autism and be proud of it.
So I have it an autism this is so true because I like to keep stuff very organized but also very very disorganized just like throw it in and not do anything about it. That’s basically a good rep is good it’s good of a representation so thank you to the creator for creating this.
