Hey King! I've been tossing an idea like that around a bit here and there but haven't committed to making any videos about it. If I did I would be more of a breakdown/walkthrough with my personal opinions added in (similar to like how you shared your thoughts about Distillery and Undying Shores). I'll put this on my list of things to think about for the channel. If I do end up trying something like that I might do a breakdown of Prisoner's Quarters to see how things flow and how the reception is before committing to doing them all. If I do end up exploring this I'll make sure to give you a shoutout!

RIGHT! Ugh, I forgot you mentioned this a while ago! I will make a note to head to Bank and Distillery next time but would have to take Dracula on a separate route since Distillery only goes to Lighthouse or Throne Room.

Hey, thank you for reaching out about this. No apology needed! Even though you and I are at different ages I can empathize with what you're saying because I've been there in my own way before. I was having similar thoughts last year (gaming keeping me from my own thoughts, feeling like I needed more of a purpose, etc.) so I took a break for a month and it was helpful for me and I've been considering doing that again sometime this year. Let me answer your questions, though. I've been playing Dead Cells for 6 years (started with 1.0 in January, 2019). I don't know how many hours I have in the game but it's in the thousands, probably somewhere between 5-6,000. I still really enjoy playing the game because it's one of the best, but also because it connects me with other people now and gives me something I can use to create videos. There are some days where I feel like I'm just playing it just because I've gotten used to it for so long, and sometimes I get depressed after playing a lot of video games because I feel like life is passing me by. When I feel like that I'll turn the games off for a few days or put my PS5 in storage so I can get back to the things outside of gaming that I like, such as playing guitar, spending time outside, or seeing my friends. I'm still trying to find a good balance. You *are* young at 19 but I mean that in a good way. You have a lot of life ahead of you so if you're thinking about making some changes or looking for a different way of living or playing games you have plenty of time to figure out what works best for you. What's good is that you're thinking about this and talking about it, which means that you know that something isn't feeling right for you. If you can I would take a break from gaming, just for a few days, and think about what you feel like you're missing. Such as: do you want to travel, make new friends, spend more time outside, play sports, get a degree from university, work on art/music projects, exercise, etc.? I like to write things down and come back to them after a few days so I can see how I feel and what changes I can try to make. Feeling like you've lost purpose or that you're being isolated from life by gaming is a real thing and I'm glad you took the time to post and share this. I'm more than twice your age (so I actually *am* old lol) but I wish I had clear thoughts like this when I was younger so I'd have more time earlier in my life to make some changes. I've definitely lost a bunch of years during my life and feel like I'm trying to make up for lost time with the time I still have. Regardless, I hope this was helpful for you. Hey Dragon! You can borrow up to 20,000 gold in the Bank to use in the shops but will need to pay it back before you can open the last door to leave the level. If you don't have the gold to repay the bank you can break the door but it'll curse you depending on how much gold you owe; the more you owe, the higher the curse (10 for every 2,000 you still owe). For malaise and bosses, they'll have the effects of attack delay and strength up depending on how much malaise you have but don't have the other stuff (alert, enemy spawning, etc.). Hi! Which items/weapons are you thinking of? The crossover weapons are all found in lore rooms in the Prisoner's Quarters so there aren't any real puzzles there. Some of the outfits have puzzles related, so I included them at the end of this video.

Totally understandable, I used to skip it a lot too. The eggs have surprising breach so you can stun enemies and elites pretty easily.

You are 100% correct. I meant to say invisibility but said invincibility for some reason instead (script error). Thanks for pointing that out!

Most biomes will have a lore room that shows if a mimic is there but doesn't say which particular shop it is, so that's a good clue. Mimics can't spawn at shops inside boss cell doors and one shop in the bank will always be a mimic. If a mimic spawns in a non-Bank biome it won't spawn again for the rest of the run.

You can also turn on assist mode to get infinite lives. That might be easier and more consistent.

True. When I face multiple enemies I just place a sinew slicer down and jump to a higher level 😂

Hey Lythrus! I haven't played Rogue PoP because I use a Mac and it's not macOS compatible yet. I talked with someone from Evil Empire and they said that they're planning on adding that for the 1.0 release so once I can play it I'm going to do some kind of guide for it. Appreciate the suggestion!

It sounds like you're changing weapons too often if it's every biome or two since that could drain your funds. These days I reroll once or twice for an affix I want (or to roll off biters or something else I don't want) but don't spend a ton on it. Unless I get a new item I try to have my affixes set up once I put an item in my build so I don't have to think or worry about it. Affixes/synergies are really important but it's good to have some extra money if you need it for food/weapons/mutations reroll/etc. Another thing I'll do is if I'm due for a weapon replacement I'll look for things that already have synergy with my build. If I'm using Fire Grenade I might buy something that has +40% to burning, if I have Blowgun I'll get something that has +80% to poison, etc. That saves money on affixes and guarantees bonus damage.

Good news - this is still in the game! Dead Cells support has ended so no more patches/updates/etc. so this is going to stay in.
