I would argue serenity and whatever the zinc counterpart with the same feruchemical type are both really good because you can speed around affecting people without them realizing it and cover places in faster time with your emotional allomancy. Ofc once people get out of range it would stop affecting them

I think Iron compounding is pretty busted imo. Wax could make himself heavier than a building right, a compounder could go wayyy heavier than that. They'd get enough weight to be able to Pull on something Wax wouldn't have been able to. They could bring down entire buildings or those flying ships the Malwish have. Idk I guess it depends on your perspective but it seems pretty destructive.

For the Monument Twinborn, I wonder if they’d be able to form a speed bubble then store their Identity then leave the bubble without it dropping because their Spiritweb couldn’t be Identified as the Allomancer that created the bubble

The foresight could be really good, but only if they also had a nicroburst misting helping them, they could store the massive amount of information they got and the sort through it slowly, with the nicroburst they may be able to see quite a long wile into the future

I think charmed deserves at LEAST A tier, possibly S tier. The big downside of storing fortune is the misfortune you bring your way. But if you're burning electrum, you could stop storing JUST BEFORE disaster hits, making sure to optmize your storage with the least dowside. Conversely, while in a tense situation and burning and burning electrum, you could tap your metalmind at the exact moment you need it, like making the enemy slip at just the right time. Furthermore, you could analyze your shadows while tapping and storing your fortune to see more then one outcome, learning how to influence events just right to get the intended result. They'd have masterfull control of fortune through training and aplication, all possible because of electrum shadows. They have amazing synergy, actually.

Electrum uses Fortune, so chances are good that Charmed has some incredibly OP interactions--we just don't know what they are. I think you might even be able to do something that resembles compounding with it, but how exactly it would work is a mystery.

a murk might be cool if you had a whole team of f-cadmium twinborn. they could be like a crew of underwater allomancers, with the murk as their smoker. but the odds that you could find enough people with the right combo of powers for that are astronomically low, it would still be fun tho

Getting good with aElectrum would probably let you fight better, figuring out which of your moves will get you hit or not

I like the Shin theory. It would make sense that they see themselves as keepers of sacred blades. Spoiler: But, at the end of RoW, we see Ishar had, through some disturbing experiments had brought Radiant Spren in their cognitive form into the physical realm. Could it be that he has found a way, through his Bondsmith ability, to use the bond to draw, or summon, deadeyes into the physical realm through the shardblade? Perhaps he's been collecting the shardblades to do his experiments.

While reading the WaT prologue I just assumed it was talking about Jezrien, in my mind he died the same night as Gavilar 😅, which is obviously wrong. I wasn't really buying the herald mom theory until now, but it makes a lot of sense, and it's a great breadcrumb trail before an inevitable reveal.

Sadly, Feruchemy does not align with the four quadrants of Allomancy. Storing warmth is a hybrid attribute like health, breath, and nutrition. And similarly, determination is a cognitive attribute like memory, wakefulness, and mental speed. This unfortunate asymmetry is one of the rare signs of Sanderson not finalizing the whole system before completing Era One. Wakefulness was one of the first feruchemical powers he decided on, so it wound up in the original eight metals, even though he eventually filled out four sets of four attributes that fit Realmatics so much better. It is too bad that breath didn't end up on zinc and nutrition on electrum, to let the alloy pairs stay consistent. My head canon claims that in a previous cycle of the Well, a Sliver bent the laws of feruchemy and swapped the powers of brass and electrum. Probably shouldn't be possible, but it does feel a little like the percentage of Seers in the misting population of Era One.

Absolutely insane cliffhanger. I kinda like reading 2 chapters a week because this just feels like I'm watching a tv show at this point. It gives me something to look forward to each week. Insane take I know. Also on a side note, what if they adapted Stormlight into a graphic novel before they do movie/tv? I think that could be awesome.
