Perhaps a Slowswift could be really good at catching people in cadmium bubbles because they could move at relatively normal time so could interact with the outside world by gestures or sign language or something and could just catch people inside while working with folks outside the bubble?
I think it might still be difficult to mentally understand what's happening outside the bubble though. Like yeah, your body can move very fast thanks to the Feruchemical Steel, but would you be able to process the rapidly moving outside world without Feruchemical Zinc? It's an interesting combo to think about!

My boy slowsift got done so wrong in B tier! If I had a police force or any type of armed force, I would love to have someone able to flash through the battlefield and catch people in slowness bubbles
Yeah, slowswift sounds great actually - you can catch people in your bubble but when tapping steal while not having any of the downsides for yourself. Probably the best outcome for someone with cadmium pre-harmonium devices.
My guess is that Blankslate (and its version with gold allomancy) would work similar to magic in The emperors soul, you can you look into alternative future/past and build you identity of it. After you use it you became like different person

Ya but imagine a Douser fighting a Dustbringer. They shoot out incredible heat....they just...casually walk up to them and drain their stormlight. Also I really don't think feruchemical bendalloy works like making you fat instantly lol, I think only over time.
Quick note about the Outburst combo, Allomantic Zinc and Feruchemical Steel would work better together then you might think, thanks to a little known property of Steelrunners. One of Brandon Sanderson's many WOG's (Fans call them WOBs) is that when someone taps a steelmind for speed, it'll increase the speed of their whole body, ncluding any metals they're burning. Meaning tapping speed enhances allomancy in a manner similar to Duralumin. And a powerful Rioter would be able to take control of Hemalurgic Constructs like Kandra and Koloss. So in fact, this combo is pretty powerful.
Outburst would have a pretty strong synergy. There is a Wob that says tapping F-Steel increases the rate you burn metals. This would act as psuedo duralumin, which for Zinc would let one control a Kandra or overspiked Hemalurgist

I would say that Outburst help you provoke/trigger your opponents while at the same time being good at avoiding them. Very good at making your opponents loose energy and gain frustration.
To advocate for outburst. Think about the speed bleeder had (from the perspective in era 2, it felt like multi people shot at once). Imagine you're facing up against a group of men who have guns and aluminum hats. Boom, take all of those with a flash of speed and riot their fear. You just outplayed a group with ease.
Would you be for ranking Surge combinations? It would be hard to get a full picture of the user’s capabilities without accounting for spren and ideals, but you could probably get a decent picture of it regardless. One combo that might be amazing is Gravitation + Transportation. They’d be the perfect Worldhopper!
I'll definitely consider doing something like that in the future. Since there aren't as many Surges, it would be a lot less intense than this twinborn combo tierlist series lol
Connoisseurs would make pretty good spies i think especially if they use the cover of a food critic. After storing in their Bendalloy mind it would allow them to stake out or be on the run for long periods of time, besides both their powers are not very obvious. I dont think i need to explain what makes Tin good here.
Blank slate- possibly could see their future identities and then store it at the same time. This really all depends on how identity changes over time of course and what attributes would be saved if stored. If memory is a completely different thing, then identity. then would your soul web just change a bit/ moral compass

I feel like resonant abilities need to be more fleshed out. Like how am I supposed to do with Theory crafting when you combine two abilities the third abilities are unkown. In the Resident abilities can be widely different like a steel bubble from weight and Steelpush. Really hoping the RPG does this
Nourisher - would they have the ability to convert their alematic metal into a bendalloy mind. They basically turn calories into investiture than store that investiture in metalmind. So could you do the same?
I think I have this right - couldn't a Slowswift be excellent at, say, carrying a bomb away from a dangerous location? The slow time so the bomb doesn't go off, but then they move fast to get away. Any time you want a physical process to go slower, it's like exempting yourself from the slowdown.

Yeah, basically slowing whoever they want but not being affected by the (great) downside of their power. Seems like they feed each other very much
