In today's video Dr Namrata Srivastav explains about Uric acid,it's symptoms and one of the most effective Homoeopathic medicine related to High uric acid levels.
Hyperuricemia happens if too much uric acid stays in your body. Hyperuricemia causes uric acid to clump together in sharp crystals. These crystals can settle in your joints and cause gout, a painful form of arthritis. They can also build up in your kidneys and form kidney stones.
Diet for High uric acid levels:
Low-fat and nondairy- fat products, such as yogurt and skim milk.
Fresh fruits and vegetables.
Nuts, peanut butter, and grains.
Fat and oil.
Potatoes, rice, bread, and pasta.
Eggs (in moderation)

डॉ साहब मैं 55 वर्ष का हूं मुझे बरबरिस और सबल सरूटा लगभग दो वर्ष से ले रहा हूं फिर भी कमर पीठ पैरों में दर्द और पेशाब करने में जलन होती है तो पैरों में जलन रहता है और यूरीमैक्स एफ भी लिया फिर भी कोई आराम नहीं मिलता तो क्या करना चाहिए
