  • आज के वीडियो में डॉक्टर नम्रता श्रीवास्तव द्वारा बताया गया है की शुगर की बीमारी में चावल को किस तरीके से खाना चाहिए।
    डायबिटीज रोगियों को भी चावल का सेवन कम करने की सलाह दी जाती है, क्योंकि अधिक मात्रा में कार्बोहाइड्रेट के कारण तेजी से ब्लड शुगर बढ़ने का खतरा रहता है। जिन लोगों को डायबिटीज होता है उन्हें लो ग्लाइसेमिलक इंडेक्स (जीआई) वाली चीजों के सेवन की सलाह दी जाती है। आमतौर पर 55 जीआई वाली चीजें मधुमेह में सुरक्षित मानी जाती हैं।

    Bilkul sahi kaha mujhe sugar hai but main har Sunday ko rice khata hoon aur Mera sugar bhi nahi badhta wo isliye ki rice ko 40 min dhone ke baad bhigo kar rakh deta hoon aur rice ke hisab se 6 se 7 Guna Pani me ubal kar achhe se paka leta hoon fir pura bacha hua Pani turant nikal kar fek deta hoon means mard chawal ka aur fir jitna marji rice Khao but rice Kam se 2 sal (years) purana aur dikhne me pile yellow colour ka hona chahiye to hi achha rahega
    Lekin doctor ne adhuri jankari di hai rice khane ke sath me jitna aap rice khana chahte Hain uska 50% fiber wali koi bhi Hari sabji khani chahiye jaise patta gobhi fool gobhi karela best hai aur parwal jaise fully fiber wali Hari sabji khana hai aur Kam se kam 30% protein bhi khana hai chahe wo daal ho chahe wo fully cream wali dahi ho ya thoda sa nonveg ho ya fir eggs ho but eggs ka yellow part nahi khana hai is tarah se agar aap bhojan karte Hain to sugar lavel kabhi nahi badhegi

    Thanks for the info shared on importance, quality and way of cooking rice, which is our staple food. We consume rice in one meal daily. If we are wrong on its proper consumption and way of cooking, we will definitely invite many ailments, shall result in health haphazard and won't be able to live a healthy life. Many don't know which rice is better and to save gas and time, most of the families cooks in pressure cooker which is unsafe for one's health.
