Seafood Chowder Two Ways | John Dengis
Hey guys, welcome to my channel!
Today, I'm gonna share two ways of making seafood chowder with you.
Here are the ingredients to make 2 versions of seafood chowder:
Rich Version:
- 200g shrimps
- 150g crab meat
- 150 scallops
- 2 cups of 10% cream
- 1 cup cream of mushroom
- 1 cup cream of celery
- 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Healthy Version:
- 200g clams
- 150g crab meat
- 150 scallops
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup clam stock
- half a onion
- 1/2 lb white mushroom
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

    It is best to eat with your bare hands. We thoroughly wash our hands and dig in. Wearing plastic gloves is such a hassle. You cannot feel the texture of the foods that you eat. 😊

    Napaka common neto sa Pilipinas. Actually in the Philippines we call it "Boodle Fight/Budol-Budol (in other provinces)" and the way of eating without utensils is Kinamay/Mag-Kamay(Tagalog)/Kinamot(Cebuano/Visayan), etc. and it is a common practice. I never heard locals in the Philippines call "Boodle Fight", Kamayan, because it's grammatically incorrect to use this in this tradition and in Tagalog language it basically means "Shake Hands", I think this term to is only used by Fil-Ams in United States.

      I'm going to the store to make a video and show you shallots are like spring onion but not they look the same but they are not I don't know how but either where U live markets don't sell shallots like our markets I grow shallots as well and long and green my dad has Chinese restaurants we don't have any what you called a shallot that looks red I will ask him but never heard of a onion that's a shallot lol
