Thanksgiving Turkey | John Dengis

Since thanksgiving is right around the corner, I decided what better recipe to show you guys than the holiday classic, roast turkey. This turkey recipe is rather simple but loaded with flavour, and is paired with a gravy that will blow you mind, so give it a shot if you get the chance.

Here is the ingredients list for this roast turkey and gravy:
Roast Turkey:
- 15 lb turkey
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 2 tbsp dried rosemary
- 2 tbsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 orange
- 1 apple
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves or garlic
- salt and pepper
Gravy:
- All of the turkey drippings
- 1 tbsp turkey oil
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
