Recently, I have been craving some sweet and succulent dishes, so I decided to show you guys how to make these Braised Ribs and Rice Cakes. This dish is full of flavour and super satisfying, I'm sure you will enjoy it. I hope you enjoy this recipe!
Here are the ingredients to make these Braised Ribs and Rice Cakes:
- 1 kg back ribs
- 6 - 7 slices ginger
- 6 tbsp cooking wine
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 60g rock sugar
- 200g rice cakes
- 2 bay leaves
