Here are the ingredients for the suckling pig dry rub:
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
