I just looked and my low pressure fuelpump pressure is around 73 psi and my high pressure fuelpump pressure is around 630 psi at idle.

I took the injectors to a business to have them serviced & cleaned.

It's a stock ported supeecharger . As far as upgrades it depends on what performance level you want out of the car?

Honestly I can't remember the specific code but I would get a warning to not go over a certian rpm while driving.

@@cmidas3396 yes, it is really helpful. I have just bought the two of sensors you are changing. I have problem with the temperature of coolant and transmission oils after a couple of hours driving. The cars activate the R position and the cars blocks in the middle of any route. it shows the Transmission position sensor and keep driving carefully. i dont think it is a transmission box trouble but tempertature problem. I wish I can your experience or suggestions on that

I haven't experienced any problems with the transmission on this particular car. The car over heating can cause other check engine lights to come on. I would say try bleeding the cooling system of air and check for leaks. If the trans sensor code keeps coming back then change it.

Yeah I think he probably knows his stuff. I think he was under a lot of pressure or something and dropped the ball in my case. I was rambling in this video so not the best explanation of what happened. Not really me to put something like this out but it was bad.

I can't remember exactly but I used a heatgun while feeling around for the first parts that would give and went from there and applied more heat as necessary. You can try letting them sit on a car dash on a hot day then going around it again with the heatgun while it's still hot. Use a couole of flathead screwdrivers and start carefully prying it open and use stick the other screwdriver in the part you get open to keep it from reclosing while moving it along as you get more of it open.

​@@cmidas3396 Thanks mate they off! Not as clean as yours due to my questionable bruteforce approach but nothing some epoxy and sanding wont fix! I had these laying arround for years since i to ended up not liking them, part due to that visibility issue but my plan is to convert these and salvage the acrylic, drivers and its main housing. Gonna try to 3d print a inner bracket so i can add leds along the width in something like this pattern /\/\/\/\ not quite sure yet. Do plan on moving the direction indicator inbetween somewhere so i can darken the lower bar of the acrylic and hopefully make them feel a bit more aggresive! 🤞

The fans turning on is part of the tune where it turns the fans on high and the hx pump on 100% to cool the supercharger coolant. It's activated when the cruise control stalk is in the back position. You can turn the feature off by pushing the cruise control stalk in the forward position.

@@cmidas3396oh cool thanks for the heads up. I took the car to get the tune down due to not having a battery charger so I didn’t want to risk it. Is there an option for crackles/popcorn for the 034 tunes? Also I was looking into these heat exchangers and see a new one on preorder but a slim version that’s available now. Should I just want on the full size version?

@@southjersey1000 Yes, 034motorsport has a crackle tune option and I think it comes with the tune so you'd have to select it. The slim hx is fine for stage1 stock pulley & stock hx coolant pump. When you go stage2 & up you want a bigger hx.

For the supercharger it came with a Continental 1320 belt and the serpentine belt is just an oem factory belt.

Yeah this one is for the s-line bumper. I think the S6 is the same as the s-line bumper

@@cmidas3396 that’s what i figured, the ends just bow outwards a bit more and it’s a tiny bit wider. shit pisses me off so much now i’m stuck with a $700 carbon diffuser that won’t fit my car😂

I'm trying both that camd with the kit at different times. #4 and #6 nozzles.

I have they happen every once in a while. It used to happen more often until I started using Lucas High Mileage Oil Stabilizer. There's also two upgraded oil check valves that go under the pcv that people say resolves that also. They say some of the earlier 3.0t didn't have them.

@@cmidas3396 thank you brother for the reply. I guess I'll try the Lucas first. It's definitely the check valves because I only get it after the car sits a day. I know Audi says a 2 sec rattle Is ok but I don't feel it is long term

No I haven't gotten any codes or anything. Not even a code for the injectors. The factory tune will adjust to diminishing hardware performance and not throw a code until it gets too out of spec then it will throw a code/Engine check light. I would highly suggest you send 034motorsport a log before switching because the issue is most likely a hardware issue and not the tune so in that case you can put that money towards the repair.

I have never had any issues like that. I’ve been running stage 2+ E40, TB 034 tune exclusively for 25k miles. Have you not logged the car?

@Slow-6 I've logged it before but my laptops been down so I've been sending logs in to 034motorsport. I switched from the #4 to the #6 nozzle when I started doing this also. I think it's the fuel injectors like they are saying.

@cmidas3396 I sent them logs but now I have MPI and upgraded lpfp so they won't help. This was last year late last year it's all resolved now

No I just opened it up and put everything back together in order to get going.

Seems like it should have stopped after changing the motor & trans mount. You probably should take it to a shop to have it checked out.

@ronkirkham3410 You only need this if you are going to go with a dual supercharger pulley which will spin it faster to make more boost which in turn creates more heat. To deal witb that you can upgrade you heat exchanger to a bigger one for more cooling capacity and a higher flowing auxillary coolant pump for more flow through the bigger heat exchanger and intercoolers in the supercharger. I recommend the MercRacing heat exchanger and you can go with the CWA100 axillary coolant pump that is available at MercRacing alao.

I have the 034motorsport Stage2+ E40 with a ported charger so I'm close to 600hp or more.

Scanner? I don't remember using one in this video but I have VCDS and a generic hand held scanner I use sometimes.

@@cmidas3396 VCDS is a good software for VW guys. If you are located in USA, I want to invite you to test our Launch VW version scanner.

Yeah at some point I want to look into re-doing my entire exhaust. Something lighter to save weight would be nice but I want it to sound good also. I see some run Tubular headers but not sure if there's any benefit and they probably add weight.

This was a while back so I can't remember exactly but I think it was a little over 5 quarts.

Not that I know of. Normally you don't remove material and I don't recommend it. I think in my case I got the wrong rotor.

I haven't noticed any drop in performance of the condensor or radiator. I've never felt the HX get hot to the touch just lukewarm. Air passes through it to the ac condensor and radiator and they perform as they should.
